Dr. Po new was very upbeat, outgoing and positive, even when delivering unpopular medical news. He seemed knowledgeable, but did give me some conflicting answers about my shoulder. I received a phone call from his office telling me I needed to see a different surgeon than we discussed and for a different reason than we discussed. It was a bit impersonal. Otherwise, Dr. Pinney was approachable and explained my needs in an understandable manner. He also made a point of setting up x-rays and an MRI in a timely manner.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Though it was a routine checkup Dr Penny and his staff were efficient, friendly and left me with an overall positive feeling regarding the treatment of my shoulder.

If you ever have to have any kind of surgery with your knees Adam J Pinney is who they need to see. He is very informed about you and your medications. Very pleasant, the staff is very pleasant they get you scheduled right away.

Most times no one answers the phone or returns a call. [Staff name withheld] let prior authorization (insurance never received paperwork for auth) go for 5 wks until I leaned on office staff for someone to do something. She called, no authorization needed & set up a surgical date right then. That took one phone call! I was hurting while waiting on her. I hope he knows what he’s doing. He doesn’t even introduce himself to a new patient.
