First appointment was rescheduled. I was told to be there 10:25; showed up and waited until about 10:50, then the physician assistant had me confused with another patient

Dr. Pinney is the best! He is always up to date on my conditions and has ready solutions to improve my health. He is always upbeat, listens carefully to me, and makes me feel hopeful for improvement.

I arrived for a 10:30 appointment at 10:07 and after checking in asked where the bathroom was and the receptionist wouldn't tell me where it was. She said that they don't allow people to use the bathroom after they check-in. I proceeded to wait 35 mins to get to a room, then another 30 minutes to see the doctor. I had plenty of time to use the restroom if she would have just told me where it was. This set up my negative feelings towards this office.

The care I received for my frozen shoulder was excellent. Dr. A Pinney seemed to care about my concerns and took me seriously as a patient. He took time to throughly assess my condition and explain my choices for treatment. He took care of my issue same day and explained everything throughly. I felt like I my needs were important to him. I was thankful for his nonsurgical approach to healing my frozen shoulder. The treatment worked quickly and I definitely recommend someone who was struggling with a shoulder issue to seek care with Dr. Pinney.
