He is actually explains everything to you ,and the corse of treatment. It is getting a bit hard to get an appointment for like an emergency injury. I know the ER is there, but they just X to at and send you home.

Dr A J Pinney is a professional, well mannered and educated in his field. At last visit, as busy as his day was going, he took ample time to explain in detail procedure, follow up and my expectations regarding service provided. He left no detail unanswered and always to my satisfaction. The day was busy and his staff kept in constant contact regarding my appointment and apologetic for the delay, which is fact was not much time at all.

He was very direct and to the point. You could tell he enjoyed his work. I have only met with him once so have not had a lot of contact with his staff and himself. This was my first visit and I am sure my issue will improve doing the things he has recommended.

Dr Pinney it’s very knowledgeable confident. He is respectful and spends time with his patience. He explains the treatment plan and possibilities allowing the patient/physician to make an informed decision. He’s always upbeat and appears to really enjoy his job which is refreshing.

I would not recommend this office. My understanding is that Dr Pinney works out of other locations. Perhaps the staff at the other location is better. We waited in a room for over an hour to see the doctor and I’m certain that was because the nurse entirely forgot we were there. She seemed as though it was her very first day She struggled to have conversation and use the computer. After waiting for over an hour, they finally came to take my son for an x-ray. This was a different nurse. She was rude. A third person entered the room following that nurse about 10 mins later who brought in an ultra sound machine and was equally rude. And finally the doctor made an appearance about an hour and 25 mins after we arrived. We did not receive a single apology for the wait time. The doctor was great once he showed up. He worked very well with my son and my son seems confident in his course of care. The doctor explained the medications well. I would travel to his other location.

Excellent doctor but never on time. You will sit in a room waiting for him for over an hour after your appointment starts. Not sure if he reads notes from PT so you might need to tell him things a couple times.
