Dr Pinney is professional and considerate, I trust him! However, on my last visit I waited close to an hour in an exam room, no one came in to explain why he was delayed in seeing me. I understand there are emergencies, however, no explanation of why I had to wait so long is unacceptable.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Pinney is terrific and I trust his care and/or services. I have referred many of my friends to him. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment when you have an urgent vs routine need. It typically takes 6 - 8 weeks to get an appointment. I’ve gone elsewhere when I needed immediate care - outside of the mid-Michigan health network☹️.

Although I had a very long wait, I did have several staff members come to check on me and provide services such as the physical therapist to give me exercises and the x-ray technician to take the x-rays that I needed and Dr. Pinney to look at my knee and ask me about the problem that I was having. He told me the course of action to help my knee and gave me an injection. All of the staff that I encountered did a good job of explaining what their job was and why it would help me. I am seeing improvements in my knee from their treatments.

Very knowledgeable, and concerning. Explains procedures and results of the.. But receptionist checking in was not polite, would not listen to the symptoms I told her i wanted to talk to the doctor about. She said what I was telling her was not what it showed on my appt notes. So did I still want to see the doctor ? I said I would and would let him decide if he would treat the new symptoms that had developed since my last visit.

Love AJ. He does a great job. His nurse Joe on the other hand is a turn off. He’s arrogant, cocky and just puts you on edge. Not at all an asset to AJ and the care he gives.

Holly seems to run a good office. Dr. P sometimes comes in after the appointment time. The supporting staff is professional and quick with their inquiries. I appreciate the care I am receiving!
