Dr Pinney is very knowledgeable. He listens and takes the patient’s input into account when making a diagnosis. He explains treatment options and is willing to try various approaches. He and his staff are very courteous and make the patient feel comfortable and confident.

AJ Pinney is friendly and direct. It’s easy to ask questions. I do not particularly care for Keith who took my blood pressure. He is definitely not very personable or caring.

I love AJ and his staff! Getting in touch with him or his assistants, as they are always in a different office is nearly impossible. Getting a “note” to them, 1 time I never Got a call back, and had a scheduled appointment 4 days later. Another sent a message through the portal and it was 4 days for a call back. I wish He treated more issues, I sometimes Feel like he is the middle man, and than your referred to someone else! But I would refer my family and friends to start any process with him.

I went there with a really bad shoulder pain, wish I could have gotten in sooner. It took a month and a half. Not his fault just too many cases. PRP 85% improvement.

Seemed like a competent surgeon. Is condescending to patients, was advised if my “pump bump” hurt to just go buy a $200 pair of shoes. Sir, I’m on disability. I just paid $500 to the surgical center, I cannot afford new shoes that may or may not help. Was also sarcastic about treating patients with MS that may have an increased risk of inflammation. I have a [DEGREE] & worked as a [OCCUPATION] for 32, I don’t need to have my concerns dismissed.

Very thorough. If Dr. Pinney thinks MRI or x-ray needed, he will order it. I like my care at Mid- Michigan in Mt. Pleasant.

I especially like being spoken to about my condition in a way that explains and is helpful. Dr Penni always is so professional letting me know what going on with my bones joints.
