Very pleased with the entire office and the staff that schedules the procedures. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Pinney always takes time to answer questions and he has really helped me with my pain which I’m so grateful. Highly recommend.

From the very first appointment, he demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care regarding my current back diagnosis. He took the time to listen carefully, reviewed my imaging and symptoms in detail, and explained the diagnosis and treatment options in a way that was clear, thorough, and reassuring—never rushed, never dismissive. What truly sets Dr. Pinney apart is his attention to detail and his patient-centered approach. He made sure I understood not just what was happening, but why, and what the realistic path forward looked like. I felt heard, respected, and confident in the plan we developed together. His calm demeanor and thoughtful explanations significantly reduced the stress that often comes with back issues and uncertainty. That I have had good results under Dr. Penney’s recommendations and care. He seems very up-to-date with the most effective treatments and is very good at communicating the details of the treatment and the expected outcomes and risks. He also effectively incorporates physical therapy.

Excellent Dr and staff! I have always had professional and caring experiences here! I feel very confident with my care and treatment, not only medically but the customer service aspect is great as well! I recently had a phone conversation with Holly, office receptionist. I was having some extremely difficult medical situations with my daughter and her new baby and had called to cancel my appointment. Holly offered such understanding and compassion that made me glad that I had called - I felt so much more hopeful and relaxed after speaking to her. Kudos to Holly!
