That the gatekeeper named Joe is smug, arrogant, demeaning and does not listen to what you say and questions every answer regarding PT out of the Health System. He does not believe a patient’s response and degrades any physical therapy done outside their health system. He came into the exam room, did not introduce himself and started barking orders. Avoid this assistant is what I would say.

Have seen this provider twice for two different issues and have been satisfied with his knowledge and care.

He explained clearly as well as letting me see the results of my xray and mri as he showed and explained my condition. This was extremely helpful for me in understanding what is going on.We talked specific exercises and medication to help control and improve my overall wellbeing. His assistant also explained and demonstrated the exact exercises I need to do! Overall I am very pleased with the care I am receiving through Dr Penney!

Dr and staff listened, explained and cared about me! We’re after getting results! But the people who make decisions that a Dr can only have a 15 minute visit and really attend to one issue at a time should change their policy!! Every person I talk to feels the same!

Dr Pinney and Staff finally gave me understanding of issue I've had from event over 6 months back. They were able to read previously unanalyzed data from Chest scan , and took new ultrasound images to confirm a muscle tear. That knowledge gave confirmation of the issue so treatment can be done

That for the most part the office an staff work well together? With exception to one or two people. Ive always been pleased with the care my family recieves. And only ever had an issue when it came to getting a prior authorization. But again that has nothing to do with the in person care we recieve. Because that is amazing.
