My only concern is the difficulty of communicating with him or a nurse. I have been in extreme pain when trying to walk. I could not see him or talk to him for 4 weeks. Earliest appointment. I realize he is very busy and I am not his only patient. But I don’t think 5 minutes of communication is an unreasonable expectation.

Not the fault of this dr, but I should not have been made to wait so long to finally get to see this dr. Systemic requirements and acceptable timeliness for care should be re-EVALUTED TO improve diagnostics time, decision-making time, and appointment availability

Make an appointment before you need it, booking six weeks or more out. Bring a book to the appointment as you likely will have a wait. My 10:30a appointment, was nearly an hour late! It happens but when I'm told to be 15 minutes early and then wait, it's annoying.

Excellency in my medical care. I could not walk on my left knee when I first saw doctor and I am now pain free and walking without a cane. Thanks to Dr. Giannotti and staff.

Dr.Ware listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Took over my case after someone else did my ortho surgery. I’m very happy with the care that I received from Dr. Ware.

I would be very happy to have Dr. Ware take care of my family. He did post-op follow up care for me.I had ortho surgery at another hospital, due to an accident, I feel that Dr. Ware took very good care of me as if he did the original surgery.

My experience has been great! I have arthritis pain and mobility issues that are well managed with this provider and supporting staff. I still have pain, however a lot less of it which allows me to keep walking with my cane and walker and breaks. This is a big improvement as before I started being treated at Well Sport I was in severe pain almost daily and struggling to get dressed, shower or walk at all or even drive. my pain levels are much more manageable now and I have more range of motion. Thank you

Dr Rodriguez is a great sports medicine physician. Always friendly, always listens, answers my questions and concerns. I have recommended him to several of my friends. Sure hope he remains in the area!!!!!
