I was very happy with all the staff including the PA and Dr , very caring,listen to. What I said. We seen the first set of X-rays , and later ones,, and they were explained very well ! The whole office from office workers to the nurses , drs, and scheduler were very friendly and had lots of smiles which to me that she really liked her place of work I would give this office At..

I like the Dr I guess. the first visit he was quite thorough. the second time I felt very rushed and when he answered my questions I felt he was a bit condescending and not understanding me as a patient. I asked my Dr for a second referral for another opinion on my care.

Have stayed with him in spite of him moving to another area. Will finish treatment with him but will reconsider future appointments do to distance away. Plus new Dr coming in does not take my insurance.

I thank God for this provider for what now seems miracle, going from constant pain and low functioning to while still healing low to moderate pain healing and inproved functionality. They've improved my posture along with my ability to walk.

The front desk receptionist was THEE BEST with my son!! She went out of her way to accommodate my son’s allergies!!! She offered treats that he can’t have and she supplied other choices for him to enjoy!! 😊 she definitely went above and beyond her duties - she made my sons day with how she was very helpful with him!! She deserves flowers or a bonus!!! Great job!!!

Yeah I was actually sad that he told me he wants me for a year they treat their patients like family and I would recommend him and his office and even his therapy office downstairs I actually going to go visit them at home

Dr. Rod did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do, and how it would feel. Waited for me to rise and take a few steps to be sure my hip was "good to go".

I have always been treated with the utmost respect at this office. Dr Ware and his staff are fantastic. I have recommended him to several friends that were looking for an ortho doc. Dr. Ware takes his time and listens to your concerns and answers any and all questions.

I felt very comfortable with the care that I received from Dr. Ware. It was a post op surgery visit. With the surgery done at McLaren in Petoskey, Mi. It saved me a three hundred mile round trip post op visit.. Thank you so very much Dr. Ware.

The visit was excellent and the staff was awesome answered my questions. The only thing I can say is I waited an hour for the Dr in the exam room. Other then that service was awesome
