Dr Giannotti is excellent. But he is overworked. I always have to wait on a hard chair, which is really cruel to my bent and arthritic back. My Mich needs more doctors and greater sensitivity to patient needs. It's no wonder people go to urgent care more and more often. But Dr. Giannotti is a gem! He listens, explains clearly, and is highly skilled.

During my first visit, I was very pleased with Dr. Rodriguez in his care of my knee issue. He answered my questions, showed me the issue on my X-ray, and explained a treatment plan. He was polite and easy to talk with.

The first appointment was made, sat in waiting room for 45 minutes only to cancel the appointment due to another appointment set 1 hour after when I was to see the doctor. Was told on the phone that I would be able to do my other appointment if doctor was running late. Then was told I was not allowed to do so and it was either keeping this appointment or cancel. I canceled and rescheduled this doctor appointment. Went and did my other appointment and was done in 8 minutes. Still same people waiting to see the doctor in waiting room when I left to see other doctor. 2nd appointment went better. Still sat in waiting room for 45 minutes,, in room 10 minutes before doctor came in to see me. Saw what was going on with my knee and gave me options before doing surgery. Explained so my husband couple also understand. Happy with that part of the appointment.

Dr rodrigez had excellent bedside manner and listened intently. He was a breath of fresh air to work with in the medical field. I have only had one interaction so far with him, but it was fabulous. I felt like he listened and I walked out feeling much better.
