Dr. Rodriguez was knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say. He was 20 minutes late starting the exam and stepped out to take a personal phone call during the visit.

Wonderful office, on time, fast treatment. The staff was friendly. Dr Rodriguez was very personable. Listened to my concerns and addressed my issues. I left feeling well heard and with a good plan we both agreed on.

The receptionist was friendly to me, but while I was in the waiting room she was having a personal phone conversation and used profanity loud enough for anyone in the waiting room to hear. The person that did my x rays didn’t seem to want to answer my questions or care that I had concerns. I felt dismissed. I wanted to know why I needed an x ray. She did not answer my question and I felt like I didn’t have an option. I was asked to slip my injured arm out of my bra. Which was not easy and I had to lift my shirt up and I felt exposed. She didn’t handle me in a professional manner allowing me privacy to prepare myself for an x ray. I felt rushed and uncared for. Dr. Rodereiguez was professional and listened to me. He offered solutions to my concerns. I was very happy with the wait time and would go back to see the Dr. dispite the office staff.

I was having surgery and needed to have an injection in my thumb. The office staff and Dr.Rodriguez went above and beyond to see that I got the injection. Dr. came in early and I great appreciate the care given by Dr and the staff, including the PA Caitliin.

This was my first visit and I have been telling everyone how responsive they were from the time I walked in until I walked out someone was in the room and doing there job it was amazing no waiting 35 minutes later I was walking to my car !

He took time and explained things about my injury. Also explained the steps towards the healing process and further steps that may need/want to take to reach a better outcome/recovery. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions concerning the issue at hand.

He explained ahead of time the way he prefers to administer the gel shots . He asked if it was ok with me before he proceeded to give me the shots. He also heard what I said when I told him that I have passed out in the past because of needles. LOL He's patient and a good listener.
