I was pleasantly surprised as I had heard mixed reviews about the customer experience with this practice. However, my experience was excellent. Dr. Itauma and her nurse were very friendly and informative. The doctor was running 20 minutes late for my appointment, but the nurse kept me updated instead of just letting me sit there waiting. I appreciated that because my time is valuable as well.

She is amazing! We really love having her when we do, she’s always super patient and friendly and just has a very warm vibe about her! She’s a very loving person and it shows! The woman at the front desk are also wonderful as well as the nurses here! Everyone is always super kind

It took a full year of being on the waitlist for this appointment, however I didn’t have anything urgent so that worked out and I really liked the provider. As an employee of the health system I find it hard to believe the waitlist was a year. When I first called I was told it was 3-4 mo, and was told they would follow up when schedule opened, hey never followed up. I called repeatedly to inquire and each time waitlist moved out farther. The last time I called, mid February, they said “ oh yep, we can see you [DATE] “ so I really don’t think had I not pursued this , I’m not sure they would ever have gotten back to me? But again- loved the provider.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I met Dr. Wagner and his nurse for the first time at my 37 week appointment. I had a concern I had already been seen in the hospital for a couple days prior but still was concerned and wanted to talk to them about it. Both Dr. Wagner and his nurse listened to me, and Dr. Wagner was very thorough in looking into my concern and explaining what he was doing/why he was doing it. We ended up getting sent to L&D for more follow up right away and everything thankfully turned out ok. Both my husband and I are so appreciative of the care we received and felt listened to. It was such a relief to know Dr. Wagner had the health of our baby as priority with his recommendations and put us at ease during a concerning time. We are very grateful for the care we received and can’t thank him enough.

Exceedingly kind, intelligent and equal parts holistic and medicinal. Wonderful to work with and listens to your concerns and needs. Never treated me like my BMI. Always treats me like a human.

Loved her!! Because of her I’ll be back! However I was on the waitlist for several months before receiving a call to schedule an appt. Also it was 80 degrees in the office no joke. Also asking clients to come 40 min early for an appt is a bit much. 6:50 am was the only new patient time offered Since they share the office space someone else is turning it up

I would like to advocate that women be offered pain management before, during, and (not just) after "minor" in office procedures including IUD placement, biopsies, etc. Women's pain is real despite it being systemically understudied, under validated, and under treated in this country.

The staff was professional and helpful. Dr. Morrison was caring and easy to talk with. I was able to get to get an appointment pretty fast too.

Dr. Morrison is hands down the best doctor i have ever seen. She is thorough and listens effectively to what you are saying and does not at all make you feel rushed or not cared about. She ores my labs and prescription fast so i could get it the same day. She even made a back up plan for if this plan does not work which gave me clarity and hope. She made the uncomfortable discussions more comfortable and i could not recommend her more to anyone who needs anything done.
