Dr Hamilton is amazing. She is kind and takes time to truly understand your concerns before she addresses them. Whe. She discusses plan of care she walks you through her thought process and explains in detail what to expect and why. She includes the support system in the education as well.

Julayne Bullard is one of the most caring healthcare providers I have ever seen. She always is willing to listen to any concerns I have, answer any questions, and takes her time. I wish she could deliver babies!!!!

Sarah is an excellent provider. She is knowledgable and thorough. She always takes time to really listen and provide education. Scheduling needs improvement. Only booking one month out. Being told you’ll be put on a list to schedule then never being called

She was attentive and did not seemed rushed. It was my first time seeing her and she had clearly looked at my file and was able to discuss previous medical issues as well. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. English is amazing. He always makes me feel extremely comfortable. He has a very kind and caring demeanor and I always feel that I’ve been heard and all of my concerns are addressed completely. I am very happy with all of the care that I have received from him.

I cannot think of a kinder, more helpful group of ladies in a medical setting. They were extremely kind, understanding and just wonderful. They all worked together well as a team to provide excellent care!! :). (This is with the exception of the gal who checked me in and out. She obviously was not a happy person and was the ONLY person in that office who has ever displayed that negative behavior. But I do not personally know her - or if she is enduring any type of trauma in her personal life!?

My entire visit was not good, starting with the nurse that roomed me. I had been previously instructed to fill out my birth preferences sheet and bring any questions I had to my next appointment. I have never given birth before and my pregnancy is considered high risk so I had several. The nurse saw my list of questions and proceeded to ask me if I had written and essay and then later asked me why I don’t just ask my mom my questions since she has given birth before. First of all my mom hasn’t given birth in over 25 years, has never had a high risk pregnancy, has never given birth at this hospital, nor is she familiar with the current standard of care. Secondly what a weird question to ask considering this nurse didn’t know me at all and had never met me before. My mom and I could not have a relationship or she could be dead for all she knew. Incredibly dismissive and made me feel embarrassed off rip to even have the questions with me.
Then on to my actual appointment with Dr. Itauma. I had a growth scan for my baby and it was painfully clear that Dr. Itauma didn’t review my chart before coming in. I did ask my questions but they were all half answered and incredibly rushed. Dr. Itauma very clearly did not agree with a preference I had for delivery which made the rest of the appointment rather tense. The ultrasound was very rushed and I’m not at all convinced any of the measurements are correct because every image was incredibly blurry and you could not see where anything began or ended. She then “attempted” to get some pictures of the baby for us to take home, by attempted I mean took one angle of his face straight on said “I was hoping to get a cute profile but oh well” and didn’t move the wand to even try to actually let us see our baby. I had had blood work done and she did not bring it up or look at it at all. I had to ask her at the end of the appointment if there was anything on it that was concerning as I had seen some flags on my My Chart report. She was like oh let me look. Hadn’t even crossed her mind to check my chart the entire appointment and that also gives me the suspicion she didn’t look at it before my appointment either. My husband and I left incredibly frustrated with the entirety of the appointment and honestly I hope to God Dr. Itauma is not the provided on duty when I deliver my baby. I would be perfectly happy with not seeing her or that nurse ever again.

Mrs bullard was absolutely amazing. As being a first time mom I expressed that I was very anxious and nervous and she truly sat down and listened and took her time answering every question I had so I understood and made me feel more calm and ready for the next month coming. Shoutout to the tech Abby also, she was so sweet and also answered every question I had, even leaving the room to find correct answers for me. I am so happy I chose this office for my baby girl on the way

The office staff and Dr. O’brien are an excellent choice for gynecological care. I was pleasantly surprised at my first visit with the kindness and understanding shown to me on my visit.

He doesn't have the greatest bed side manners, and dont read what the nurse wrote on the paper to be asked or talked about, I had to ask him when he came in and wasn't going to ask me if I had any questions.

She did not introduce herself. I was fairly disappointed overall in the appointment considering it was my viability ultrasound and it lasted about 3 minutes. Hoping future appointments are better.

I just recommended him to a friend who is thinking about getting A tubular. He’s amazing in so many ways and fast and thorough just the way I like it. He’s the best also delivered all 3 of my children and did my tubular! AMAZING!

She is very aware of my situation, both medical and outside the office, and tries to take that I to account when coaching me about my health. She works with my other doctors to get meds needed to control my health issues and listens to what is happening in my life to help adjust accordingly. She is very friendly and caring.

It was my first time seeing Dr English and I was there for a nervewracking appointment on my baby’s head growth. He helped calm me down and was so kind and helpful and patient. He Listened to my concerns with medication I was taking and made changes for me. I was very pleased with him

She isnt in the pffice full time so getting results from her or answers has been a challlenge. Some of the pre and post care wasn't explained to me or other options and I had to inquire about it. She is very knowledgeable and informative and is taking my concerns seriously. I finally feel like I'm getting answers to what I have been dealing with for years and have been blown off by other doctors.
