I don't share my medical information with anyone, if I did I would highly recommend Dr. Wagner. I wish I could find a family doctor who is like him. He makes me comfortable and easy to talk to as far as doctors go.

I started coming into the campus ridge office at the very beginning of my pregnancy. Over the last nearly 9 months, I’ve seen and talked to many of the staff, nurses, and doctors either in person or on the phone or through the portal. In every interaction, I feel heard, respected, and cared for. My biggest surprises in terms of my care have been just how understanding the staff have been and how much they are on your side through every step. You often hear horror stories going into your first pregnancy and the care received. But wow! The Campus Ridge staff have been gracious with every question I’ve asked as a first time mom and I’ve been so impressed by how willing they are to accommodate my preferences for birth and my and my baby’s care. I could not recommend Campus Ridge enough for their amazing staff and care toward their patients.

Dr. Wagner was very prepared when I met him for the first time at my first appointment. He had clearly done research into my medical history and had a plan for me right away. He listened to what I had to say thoughtfully, and showed interest in our lives outside of our medical needs. He wanted to address all potential medical issues and look into them instead of being dismissive, as some doctors can be. He ordered me tests right away. The only small critique I have for Dr. Wagner is that he spoke very quickly and did not always explain everything fully - I had to “translate” the medical speak for my husband afterwards. However, Dr. Wagner allowed us to ask clarifying questions and was patient, not rushing us out of the appointment. Overall, it was a great experience.

I have already told friends and family about my experience with Dr. English and his team. Dr. English is a very intelligent and knowledgeable doctor that cares about his patients and the level of care they receive. I really appreciated that he explained things in a way that I could understand. I would recommend him to anyone who needed any of the medical services he provides.

I’ve been a patient at this facility for a few years, have repeatedly told the provider I was suffering., she did nothing. I continued suffering and complaining/nothing. She left. One appointment with Dr. English and he confirmed my condition was bad and detectable. He immediately ordered biopsies and tests. He is hopeful that I will eventually get relief. With my history with cancer and radiation he is also making sure regular checkups are done to catch any future cancer. I’m incredibly grateful for his support and expertise.

Dr Kroll was truly amazing. I came into my appointment feeling a bit anxious and she immediately listened to what I had to say and eased my nerves. She felt very personable, and when I said I wanted to wait to do a certain procedure due to my own comfort, she was extremely understanding and didn’t make me feel pressured to do it at that current appointment. I was very thankful to receive care that felt so genuine and personable. 10/10 would recommend her, especially for a patient who may feel a bit anxious!

I came to this office because it had great reviews. I see why. Dr English was thorough, kind, and informative. He listened to my concerns of having one kidney and took that into consideration when prescribing meds. The staff were great, as well. My intake nurse was super informative and provided me with everything I need to know and do during my pregnancy before I left the office. The initial visit was wonderful.

Julayne is the first provider that I felt actually heard me and offered true solutions. When you come in looking healthy with a smile on your face it is hard to believe that you are truly suffering even though you are verbalizing it. People with complex medical histories are great at outwardly masking their misery. Julayne actually listened to what I was saying to her.
