What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She isnt in the pffice full time so getting results from her or answers has been a challlenge. Some of the pre and post care wasn't explained to me or other options and I had to inquire about it. She is very knowledgeable and informative and is taking my concerns seriously. I finally feel like I'm getting answers to what I have been dealing with for years and have been blown off by other doctors.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I’m disappointed that I have not received follow up to labs. When a patient can see that labs fall outside of the “normal” range, especially while pregnant, it can be unnerving. Especially when the physician expressed so much concern during the visit. These are not things patience have knowledge of or see daily, so follow up would be nice. I called the week after to inquire and never heard back. Later that week I messaged on Friday and still have not heard back Monday, the second week following my visit. This is the first time experiencing this from this practice.

Donna (one of Dr O’Brien’s nurses) has always been wonderful to work with and ask questions.

Dr. O'Brien and her staff were extremely compassionate, especially once it was clear that the fetus was no longer growing and that I would have a miscarriage. Dr. O'Brien explained my options very clearly and kindly. I really liked her.

She was very kind to me and my boyfriend, as well as my mother who visited. She made me feel at ease and was very sweet.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Getting the ultrasound pictures she'd gotten would have been great but I'm not sure if they were able to give those out or else they probably would have. She's a very sweet lady and I don't see how she'd need to improve anything. Seems like a caring and loving woman and answered all the questions that were asked.

Dr. O'Brian was fantastic! This was my first time seeing her and she was kind and quick to help me and answer questions. She made me feel comfortable and was a pleasure to have her checking on me and my belly/baby.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Timeliness in getting in once checked in for appointments. I had gotten there at 655 and was scheduled at 7am, did the online check in but still didn't go back until about 715.

Dr. O’Brien was very sweet during our ultrasound. I’ve seen it all before being an ultrasound tech but she explained everything for my husband. It was a great experience overall!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I was very disappointed with this visit. She measured my stomach and asked if I had any questions and that was it. When I asked her if my restrictions could be lifted she didn’t know what I was talking about so I had to explain that I was in the ER a few weekends ago with a pregnancy scare, told her all the tests they ran, what they said, etc. All information that I assumed was in the portal and on my chart that she would have access too. I was expecting to come to the appointment and talk through the issue and if restrictions could be lifted or not, but she didn’t even seem to know about it.

Both Dr. O’Brien and her nurse Donna show excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a retired nurse and former pharmaceutical rep, I have had MANY years of experience in working/dealing with physicians. But I have NEVER met a physician who is ALWAYS so happy and upbeat!

No. I had a terrible experience with Dr.O'Brien.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr.O'Brien was rude, demanding and inconsiderate during my appointment. When speaking to patients about their care, I would not suggest blaming them or asking "are you even taking this seriously".

What could have been done to improve your experience?
1. I waited in my room over over 30 minutes. 2. When Elvira entered, she introduced herself, then barely said 5 words to me and my husband. This was our first ultrasound for our FIRST baby. Elvira did not take her time to turn on the TV, for me to see our sweet bundle of joy, did not explain anything to me being a first time mom I wish I was spent with a little more during the ultrasound to explain what we are looking at, what everything means. She was maybe in there for 10 minutes.
