What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
While I really enjoyed my interactions with Dr. Hamilton and the other medical staff, I had multiple negative encounters with the office staff that were unacceptable. Specifically, they did not respect my busy work schedule nor my request to see an MD or DO instead of a PA when possible. In addition, I strongly dislike that I must see all of the practitioners, as I do not feel comfortable seeing male providers. Further, I would feel more comfortable if there was a team of a few practitioners that might deliver my baby instead of having no idea who out of all the practitioners will be in when I deliver.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Hamilton is a professional doctor with a pleasant and inviting office staff. I feel she always has my best interest in mind when making decisions regarding my health. She is very supportive and easy to talk to. I also appreciate her calm and caring approach. Thanks for taking care of me and for all you do.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Hamilton is amazing! She did the c-sections for both my girls and has a really great bedside manner. She is empathetic and thorough in explaining things, and remembered me asking about having more kids and made sure that she informed me that both my previous scars healed beautifully and I will be able to have more kids.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. 10/10 so much more relaxing than my last delivery (through the stubbornness of the last child and no fault of the staff)

The front staff was phenomenal they are always so friendly. The nurse made me feel comfortable and dr Hamilton was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and listened to me and helped put my mind at ease.

Dr Hamilton always listens and makes sure you get all your questions answered and that you are comfortable with the care you are receiving. she is understanding and ensures that the patient is a part of the decision making

Dr Hamilton’s empathy towards my situation and the time she took to answer all my questions. I so appreciate that kindness!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The front office staff, while very friendly, I don’t feel it’s appropriate for them to be talking poorly about patients they have to deal with. They didn’t use anyone’s name, but we’re talking poorly about a patient and her attitude.

Superior care and professionalism! I felt "heard" and the follow up was excellent. They worked very hard to get me in and seen. They laid out the plan of care clearly.
