Big mixup on blood test. Dr masoor ordered it but staff told me the “ new way” of doing things was to get blood work after appointment. I fasted for blood work but was told by staff on Friday before Monday appoinment, I could not be allowed at orchard for bloodwork. When I had appointment with Dr Mansoor on following Monday he was rather surprised aboutwhat staff told me. Does staff know what’s going on? I’m being polite

I feel he doesn't take the time with my husband, when he's having legitimate problems. Seems to be in to much of a hurry.

I would highly recommend Dr. and his staff. Dr. is friendly and.always willing to listen to my concerns. He is encouraging and never makes you feel rushed at appointments. His staff is very welcoming.

When I called today who is the first time I was able to talk to someone on the office staff. Otherwise I would need to wait 24 to 48 hours for an answer.I only received an answer once out of three or four tries.I hope today is was an indication of better communication.
