I love going to the office of Dr. Victors, he is a very personable down to earth person. He listens very well. He is an asset to the office. His staff is wonderful and you see the same people which is great and you don’t feel like you are starting over each time you go. The office as a whole is very great.. Thank You

I received a recommendation to see Alex from a co-worker. I moved to the area so I needed a new primary physician. I love Alex and her team! I have anxiety with blood draws but the ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL woman who complete those procedures are the BEST. 100/10. Wonderful service, clear instructions, kind, patient, caring. I am so thankful to have this care. Coming from [CITY AND HOSPITAL]… it was a nightmare, but I am so glad I took a chance on a recommendation. Thank you Alex and her team!!

Experience was good and she seemed very caring. I was not happy with a recent drug test that was utilized, but I was told by Alex that she did not order it.. I don’t understand the other doctor ordering a urine drug test without her permission. I have never seen this other doctor and her explanation was not understandable. I will say she’s been very thorough with ordering other tests & Xrays.

The staff at MyMichigan Family Medicine – Birch Run, especially Dr. Victor and the nurse assistant, are outstanding. As a new patient, they immediately made me feel like they genuinely care about my health and well-being. They took the time to listen, were compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I’m very excited to continue my healthcare with this office and truly appreciate the excellent care I’ve received so far.
