Chandra is great but test results and follow up are not provided in a timely manner. They dont seem to care when results are abnormal. Staff is rude when trying to schedule appointments and get tests ordered.

I’ve been struggling with my Diabetes control for a long time. My HbA1c was almost 10 in [MONTH, YEAR] and as of last week it’s down to 7.3. Doctor called me herself to give me the result and tell me how proud she was of me!! That’s a great feeling and a provider that cares!!

My appointment was handled with excellent care and concerned about my health needs, and if my medicine needed refilled With a prescription called in to optimum. She was also very personable I liked her right away. This was the first time that I had an appointment with her. She gets a excellent rating for me And my thanks to everyone at my Michigan office in Birch. Run Mi. Thank you for being there for me when I need you at any time during your regular office hours

Andrew is amazing! He went out of his way to get me into his office to get a referral for a procedure I needed done. Andrew is a wonderful doctor and I couldn’t recommend him enough if you are looking for a family doctor! The staff is great, too!
