Follow thru on outside appts leaves a lot to be desired! After a knee injury I had, the appts with outside help never occurred! My knee healed on its own finally!

I needed to find a new dr because mine had retired and this was the 1st place I called. They proceeded to take all my information and scheduled an appointment for me for the following week to meet and go over any concerns

That he is what a doctor should be. Courteous, concerned, knowledgeable in his field and confident in his diagnosis, treatment and communication with me as a patient regarding my overall health , as well as whatever health concerns I may have.

The office staff were friendly. Easy to get an appointment. I was seen at my appointment time (no waiting). Dr Alex seemed nice. It was my first visit with her.

That My Michigan is an alright place to go to find out what is the matter with you and get the attention you need to get better.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Alex is very attentive. The blood lab is very slow and the wait time is awful. 45 minutes plus is not good.

I like that he listens to me and answers my questions so I understand. He talks to me and makes sure I understand completely. He reads your file before he comes in and can talk about helping you get better, or discontinue medications you don’t need anymore.
