After having a different doctor for 40 years, it took me a little time to get used to a whole new provider, but I have really come to value and trust Chandra with my medical needs. She always listens well and addresses everything in a courteous and professional way.

Dr Victor takes the time to listen to you and discuss with you your problems and try to come to a answer. He seems to be very good at what he does as well as the good listener I would recommend him to anyone.

He strives to make every appointment informative and never fails to ask how I feel in regards to my overall health as well as my life in general and if they want a provider who cares about them as a person and not just the money., He is the provider they should see, because he's good at his job, hears your concerns and addresses them regardless of what they are.

My most recent appointment was a āmedication reviewā Dr. Suchorab came in and I could tell she wanted to breeze through it. She even said āthese are usually super fast.ā When I brought up anxiety about my fertility issues she basically said āit could be worse!ā She didnāt offer me any increase in anxiety medication or even a list of behavior health services. She watched me cry, said āat least you donāt have endometriosis!!ā and left as quickly as she came. It was extremely upsetting. I know she is a ānewerā provider at the office, and maybe she is still working on her bedside manner. But it didnāt feel like she wanted to even take a pause and care about my problems. She very obviously wanted to get in and out as fast as she possibly could.
