The office has always been responsive. If a delay they have explained. They have also given an alternative for response when short-staffed.

So glad I found her after my Dr. retired. She is always very attentive to my condition, and will check on things if she is not able to give me an answer. She rates #1 with me.

Follow thru on outside appts leaves a lot to be desired! After a knee injury I had, the appts with outside help never occurred! My knee healed on its own finally!
