What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Pretty good most of the time. Could be more through when examining. Ears and breathing should always be checked. Didn’t notice anyone washing their hands when entering the room, but they were not always touching me , such as nurse. My last visit no blood pressure check or ears checked and I was in for a chronic cough.

I think she is very thorough. Friendly, listens to what you have to say. She has only been my provider for 7-8 mths and I am very happy as we have begun our journey together getting to know each other and my very complicated medical history. I hope Tanya stays in Birch Run for many many years.

She was wonderful! Not hurried, listened and answered all questions. Very helpful and friendly would love to switch to her, but Just learned she was leaving! Very bummed

Well anyone that knows me, knows that I’m very picky about my Doctors. The only way I quit seeing them is if they leave and move elsewhere. My doctor is Victor, and he lessen to me and talks to me. That is number one with me. Tonya is the same way. I’ve always been completely satisfied when I left there.

I was very impressed with Tanya Hardy and all the staff at birch run location. It’s always clean and I have a pleasant interaction with each and every person there. I wish I would have found this location and team sooner to care for my health.

The competency seems to be top-notch w/the girls working in the office and w/the doc/n.p.’s I was very happy to see a different girl in the lab my last visit on [DATE]. My previous visit to the lab last yr. was definitely eyebrow-raising. While I was waiting for my blood draw this time, I was trying to figure out how I could leave gracefully if it was the same girl.

My regular doctor is Dr Victor but I seen Dr Hardy for the first time or I think she's a doctor or nurse practitioner whichever but she was amazing did her job very professionally and took care of my needs

Everyone at the office was great! Friendly, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Tonya Hardy was wonderful. She was thorough, kind, patient, and made sure we were both on the same page. She was respectful of my concerns and together we found a solution that we were both happy with. Making the switch to this office and Tonya was the best decision!
