I’ve been struggling with my Diabetes control for a long time. My HbA1c was almost 10 in [MONTH, YEAR] and as of last week it’s down to 7.3. Doctor called me herself to give me the result and tell me how proud she was of me!! That’s a great feeling and a provider that cares!!

My appointment was handled with excellent care and concerned about my health needs, and if my medicine needed refilled With a prescription called in to optimum. She was also very personable I liked her right away. This was the first time that I had an appointment with her. She gets a excellent rating for me And my thanks to everyone at my Michigan office in Birch. Run Mi. Thank you for being there for me when I need you at any time during your regular office hours

This office has been such a blessing. I came in last year in [MONTH] after a terrible experience at another primary care and she has worked with me for 2 years trying to help get me in the right medication. She talks to you like a human, and doesn’t just prescribe anything. The staff at the office have been so warm and welcoming. I have nothing but great things to say about this office.

My first visit to this facility and doctor. I am impressed with the new, clean facility, minimal wait times and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient personnel. Consider myself lucky to have found them. I will be returning and am very happy to recommend their services.

This was my first visit, hence why I labeled most questions "not applicable". Very minimal wait time. Found all medical personnel professional, efficient and friendly. Follow ups scheduled immediately. I am BEYOND HAPPY that I found a female MD relatively close in a new, clean facility. I had considerable stress in regards to my health care when my last provider relocated. That stress has been replaced with peace of mind. I will be returning shortly for my wellness check after my labs are completed and I am confident that my healthcare is in great hands.
