I had the best experience at this office and so glad that I switched from my previous doctor .. Everyone is super nice and always helpful

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
We do tell them that she is an excellent Dr. and has been a great help to us through our health problems. She always listens to our concerns and checks things out on us through checking us and our blood tests and any other tests we have had. She is very thorough and explains things so we understand it. She always follows up on us and we so appreciate her care. My husband has some complicated health issues and she stays up on it all. Very thankful for Dr.Sucharob.

She listens to your concerns. I feel she wants to treat your ailments the best way she can. She answers my questions and is very personable. She’s a good replacement for Dr Licht.

Unconcerned. Impossible to get referrals to an APPROPRIATE specialist. No test results explained unless repeatedly asked for and then just read from the report by someone unable to explain results

This was a first visit ‘consult’, but we were very happy with Dr. Sucharab, her medical assistant and receptionist. General information for first visit was covered and we have another appointment scheduled already.

I would recommend her highly as she is very thorough and listens to our concerns. She was aware of my health concerns and was concerned about a problem behind my knee. After realizing I had years earlier had a DVT in it she sent me for a test which showed something there. Then thankfully after consultation with the hematologist he believes it was a chronic non occlusive DVT. Very relieved. I am thankful to have her as my Dr.

Appointments were made in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and the Dr was always interested in what I had to say or my questions. I was always satisfied with my visits.

Dr. Alex is amazing! Unlike other doctors I’ve seen in the past, Alex takes the time to truly listen. She’s compassionate, thorough, and doesn't rush through her appointments. I am thankful to have her as my PCP.

I have only seen Dr Alex Suchorab for one appointment. She seemed very interested in listening to me and learning my health history. I was seen on a day when a new computer system was just implemented. I understand the transition with systems, however, the lab was very backed up due to the new system and only having one phlabotomist. My appointment was at 9am, I was seen by Dr Suchorab in a timely manner. But, I waited 4 hours to get a blood draw.

I only have had 1 appt. They were getting started with the new computer system so it was a learning experience for everyone. The staff and Dr. were very nice and helpful. They set up a mammogram for me and then called me quickly with test results from the Hospital. I was very surprised with their efficiency.

We have told our family and friends we are very happy with Dr. Alex Sucharob as she is very thorough. She really listens to us and we very much feel she is tuned into what our needs are. She makes sure we have the right meds and gets back to our drug store if there are any questions. We are very happy to have her for our primary care Dr.

I am a new patient,our family Doctor of 45 years past away we were very happy with the care he had always gave our family, and was very worried about having to replace him. Have been very happy with Dr.Sucharob she and her staff.

It was very easy to call and make a doctor appointment. The wait time was just a couple minutes and the waiting room before being loaded into the medical room. The staff was super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and caring. The doctor was very friendly and informative and intelligent about the items that I asked her about and all the different options of how I could proceed which made me feel like she really cared about my issues and the different scenarios that I could pursue to get in better health. I would highly recommend that Medical Group and that doctor. No issues at all!

Dr. Alex is pays special attention to what I have to say, does not seem in a rush to get on with the appointment and is willing to go the extra mile to help solve my reason for the appointment.

Like the office worker and think the Doctor is fantastic. I only saw the Dr. once but I was very impressed she had taken the time to look at my chart and ask me questions and didn't think I was crazy for doing things I like to do.

Dr. Alex is punctual and very attentive. She runs full work ups so plan on several test and procedures. I highly recommend her as your primary doctor.

Dr Alex listens, for me, she talks to soft and usually is talking down at the computer and it’s hard for me to hear her. Text message she has given me different medications that have helped the problems that I’m having and when I tell her that I am having a new problem or she’s willing to, talk about it and see what we can do to take care of it

Dr. Alex is an excellent provider. Unfortunately My Michigan Health no longer takes Marketplace insurance so now I am forced to find a new Primary Doctor and I would imagine any tests and specialist I go for will need to be in a different group to cover my appointment. This is not fair to the Doctor's that will now lose patients. Everyone doesn't have private insurance.
