Great provider but has to big a case load. No longer personable, unable to get appointments with in a week. Sometimes scheduling a month to 6 months out. Have an appointment scheduled a year in advanced canceled and unable to reschedule until four months later. She's great but unfortunately the case load caused her to lose the personalized care we used to love.

Very caring, takes time to listen to your needs. Comes up with a health plan and asks for your input on decisions. Staff is very caring and professional, and personable.

I like the level of care I receive at mid Michigan and I get to see a doctor over a PA or NP so I would recommend

Dr. Zimmer is probably the most qualified, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor that I’ve ever known. I am blessed to have her as my Primary Care Physician. I have already told many people about her work ethic.

At last appointment I waited in the exam room for a extended amount of time and was not seen by the doctor so I left. Not happy. Not my job to find someone to help me.

Dr. Saboor is a very kind and caring individual. She actually LISTENS to her patients and interacts with them; not like most patronizing doctors. She will suggest alternatives and engage her patients in decision making.

Dr. Cadigan, Nurse Erica and MA Amy are an awesome team to receive care from. They were all very punctual on entering the room, so I didn’t have to wait long. Amy was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Cadigan is always very thorough and compassionate. I love how she listens to my concerns and provides honest feedback. She also includes me when discussing a treatment plan and provides recommendations instead of just making the decision on her own. Nurse Erica did amazing drawing my blood in the room. It didn’t even hurt!
