Dr Shelby always listens to my problems I've never had a trouble with her about anything I go into her office for her staff Cindy is amazing she's friendly and gets the job done quick Dr Shelby gets me in and out but leaves me enough time to answer all my questions

We have often spoke of our experience with Dr Saboor to our friends and family and our encouragement to seek out Dr Saboor if / when in need of a primary physician.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Shelby and her nurse, Cindy, are awesome. When I send a message I always get a returned message . My only problem is getting an answer on the phone when I call. Many times this is a problem with the receptionist to either ask a question or leave a message.

I love my doctor and the facility. I utilize my chart app and can navigate around easily for almost anything i need. My doctor is always helpful and kind and right on task.with anything I need. I can always get a timely appointment when needed as well. I have never had any issues. With Dr. Alvord I feel like I am getting the best care for my health and concerns.

This office has always been very friendly whether it’s the front staff as you walk through the door or the nursing assistance, physician assistance. Ashley has always been very courteous and has really great bedside manners. I know I can speak openly with her and she truly is listening. That is huge with a profession that’s very busy.

Excellent physician, that is very knowledgeable about medicine and puts you first as a patient. She is a good listener to your health needs and makes you feel comfortable. She always has a smile on her face when she enters the room and is eager to help.
