Nurse Amy is a pleasure, and Dr. Zimmer is always caring , knowledgeable, responsive and respectful. Reception is also cheerful and pleasant.

I really like Dr. Zimmer. She listens and makes good suggestions for my health care. Nurses in this office are friendly and professional. Easy to talk to and can answer my questions. I'm very pleased with this provider.

Dr Shelby always listens to my problems I've never had a trouble with her about anything I go into her office for her staff Cindy is amazing she's friendly and gets the job done quick Dr Shelby gets me in and out but leaves me enough time to answer all my questions

When I call for refills, takes several days and phone calls. Wh we n needing PT or tests, my previous Dr's always schedule them for me, but here, they've never schedule anyone of them. N I w my heart Dr's office schedules all my tests.

Some statements in my after visit summary were based her judgement of my feelings and a few things could be taken the wrong way with out an explanation of her statement. Otherwise I think she is great

They are good at attention to details and the office visits are fast, but not so fast they miss giving you what you.

I love the doctor and I love all the assistance but when you call the office you have to wait online forever. Way too long and that's exactly why I switched doctors and now it's happening again. They need to hire more people because you should not have to wait on the phone 20 minutes to speak to someone.

Dr. Verma is the world’s okay-est doctor. She will listen to you on her own terms, if your scheduled appointment is about that problem AND if you have spoken to the MA about it beforehand. I’m sure her schedule is tight and it comes through with her bedside manner, she seems to want to check the appropriate boxes and move on as quickly as she can.

Dr Zimmer has helped my husband an I achieve healthy lifestyle with healthy eating, exercise and weight lifting. We are both in our [AGE]. We feel amazing and energetic. Dr zimmer is very motivating and wonderful. Thank you, Dr Zimmer

Dr Zimmer is an awesome physician. The people that answer the phones, will not get messages to Dr Zimmer. If sick, phone people won't try to get ya in, go to urgent care. I wish Dr Zimmers staff at door were more like she is. Caring and wonderful. I appreciate Dr Zimmer. She is amazing and has changed my husband and I health in a positive way.
