It was pleasant meeting Dr. Verma last [Month]. She was reasonably prompt and prepared for my appt. I was with another medical group for a long time and was feeling I needed someone to take a fresh look at my overall health without turning me inside out and changing my medications. My only thing I would improve is the length of time set aside for visits. I hadn’t been in the office since early [Month] and felt 20 minute visit was too short of time to review things with me.
I understand time management is important but in my situation 6 months check up needs a little long visit. I come prepared with list of concerns and questions but only got thru three quarters of my list.
Thank you Mid Michigan for coming up to our community and keeping us safe and well 🤗.
I look forward to a long professionally relationship together.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Very clean service area. Professional acting with everyone I came in contact with in person and on the phone. Blood lab and xray needs can be all done at the health center and had results in reasonable time. I am very happy with my MidMichigan experience after leaving [provider] I was with since the late 1990’s.

This was my first visit to see Dr Verma. Dr. Verma and her nurse, Jen were both very kind to me. They made me feel comfortable. I’m so glad that I was able to get an appointment with Dr Verma.

I'm a new patient,switching from the other Healthcare provider. I had a surgery and a procedure done at Mid Mich WB three miles fom wher I live rather then go out of town with the other provider. Found Mid Michigan staff to be professional, personable and cohesive working staff. So I chose to switch.

Jury is still out. I wasn't very impressed with our first appointment. I came in for swelling in my feet, ankles and lower legs. She didn't even look at them. Also she kept working off a medication list online from 2023 even though she had my most current list in front if her that I supplied.

It was very good. If there is a problem it generally comes from confusion or communication with support staff.

I am a new patient with Dr. Verma. I find her to be caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Verma listens to my concerns and also had taken the time to review my medical history before my appointment. I would recommend Dr. Verma and My Michigan to anyone. The facility is clean, well-run, and organized, and the staff are friendly and caring.

Dr. Verma and all the staff at her office are wonderful. Being a young woman with multiple health issues I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences so I mean it when I say I 100% recommend Dr. Verma. She listens and addresses every one of my concerns and is proactive when necessary. You can tell she has a lot of passion, knowledge, and genuinely cares about her patients. I always leave her office in a good mood and a well understanding of everything we discussed. 10/10 recommendation

The team didn’t seem to have accurate info on my medical history. Dr. Verma brought me a list of vaccinations she’d recommend but I’ve had those vaccinations previously (ie Measles). I ended up getting a tetanus shot and thought I’d speak with Dr Verna after as I had questions about my prior blood test and a couple issues, but the nurse who administered the shot sent me home after the shot. All in all my visit probably lasted 10 mins. I did not feel it was a consultation.

Dr.Verma was very informative, she listened to our concerns,which is very important to us. Our previous doctor just wanted you in and out. We got the results back right away and she commented and come up with what to do very rapidly.

This was my first ever visit to MyMichigans facility and Dr. Verma. The front desk needs to step up how they greet clients. I was basically ignored when I asked if I was at the right place and asked my name no greeting. Then I stood there while a discussion commenced with 3 employees, once they had me in the computer I was told to "follow me"- still no greeting no yes this is the right place. The nursing staff (tall man!) Was excellent.
