What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
In being a first time mother the doctor just assumed I was ignorant. I was treated like I didn’t know anything and when actually questions were asked I never got a direct answer or was never answered at all. The appointment was rushed and the nurse was more informative and answered my questions then the doctor.

When I call for refills, takes several days and phone calls. Wh we n needing PT or tests, my previous Dr's always schedule them for me, but here, they've never schedule anyone of them. N I w my heart Dr's office schedules all my tests.

I love the doctor and I love all the assistance but when you call the office you have to wait online forever. Way too long and that's exactly why I switched doctors and now it's happening again. They need to hire more people because you should not have to wait on the phone 20 minutes to speak to someone.

Dr. Verma is the world’s okay-est doctor. She will listen to you on her own terms, if your scheduled appointment is about that problem AND if you have spoken to the MA about it beforehand. I’m sure her schedule is tight and it comes through with her bedside manner, she seems to want to check the appropriate boxes and move on as quickly as she can.

I just picked up the new meds she put me on, the pharmacist told me not to take the new blood pressure med as they had just increased my Lisinopril. I told her this during my visit. Also, when I told her I had just lost my 36 yr old son to suicide, she said nothing. Just typed at her computer. Terrible listening and no compassion

I'm so glad she's my Primary Dr. She really takes her time with me and answers all my questions. I love her assistant, Hannah, she is kind, caring and gentle!

I liked her but I thought i was going to get some attention to my falling and loss of strength in my lens. I went down the very next day and really banged myself up. I'm kind of desperate to find some help.

Wasn’t very though about my history. No papable observations, for a new patient visit I didn’t think it was professionally done. My past Dr. did a though exam checking everything from head to toe at every yearly visits except Pap smears/ pelvic. The MA wasn’t very friendly. It was a rush in and out in my opinion. It’s sad how these MAs aren’t taught in schools to be kind, curious and make patient feel welcome. I too was a MA years back and I always greeted patients with a smile and a how are you today glad you are here. Your supposed to make patients number 1 no matter how your day is going, some shouldn’t even be allowed to be in this profession and I see it everywhere and it’s ashame.

Dr. Verma is in a different league from my old Doctor . We moved here almost two years ago and are so lucky we found her and that she could accept us . She is young , up to date with current medical technology and still compassionate !!! We highly recommend her and her staff !
