When I first started seeing Shelby Miller, I was not happy. It took me awhile to get used to not seeing Dr. Hunter. Now that I have gotten to know Shelby and the practice I am very happy with their professionalism and their ability to put up with all my problems. I guess I don't do change well.

If anyone ever asks me I always tell them the clinic in West Branch is excellent I don't think I want a different doctor or NP whatever she is I think she's great and helpful and caring

As I have told them I absolutely adore Shelby.She listens so well and cares about my concerns.i apologized to Shelby for getting a new doctor closer to my house.2visits at the new facility and I thought this is definitely not a fit for me! I placed a call to Shelby's office and they got me right in with her.When I went for my appointment I couldn't be any happier to be back in her care!!!thank you for letting me share thoughts...

The care that Shelby showed to me about my concerns was excellent. Cindy, her nurse, was beyond thoughtful and caring. They actually made you feel that your visit was enjoyable being there. The thoughtfulness and care you receive when your there is outstanding. I would recommend Shelby to anyone that was looking for care.

MA, Nursing and provider are outstanding. Registration staff lacks situational awareness. They go through the standard scripting and it comes across as robotic and disingenuous

I switched to Shelby because I could never get an appointment, when needed, with my doctor. Because of ongoing medical issues, Shelby and I set up recurring appointments every few months.
