Shelby and her nurse, Cindy, are awesome. When I send a message I always get a returned message . My only problem is getting an answer on the phone when I call. Many times this is a problem with the receptionist to either ask a question or leave a message.

That they make appt. And don’t get seen. It appears the staff and the doctor are not all on the same page. It happen twice that I wasn’t seen by my new doctor and miscommunication made me have to come back. Hope things are set with my insurance and things will be smoother.

Shelby and hee assistant, Cindy are always concerned with my health. My only problem with this provider is getting an appointment. As with most medical facilities these days there are too many people for the medical community to serve. You rarely see a doctor anymore.
