I would tell people that I do enjoy Dr. Miller and the nurse that normally works with her(I can’t remember her name) but the staff at the reception desk are not friendly at all. The last time I was in there not one of the three women sitting there smiled or were friendly at all. I understand that they work with sick and grumpy people all day and that takes a toll. But when dealing with a child who might be scared of the doctors office or one who is trying to be friendly a smile would go a long way. I have even thought of going to a new doctors office because the reception desk can be so unfriendly.

Shelby does a great job in listening to you, answering your questions and taking time for you (never feel like it is a rushed visit). She is knowledgeable in the areas that I needed explaining and is working with me to come up with the tests that will answer some medical health questions. Would recommend her to anyone!

Very pleasant & easy to speak to, very attentive to my questions. Always on time, very knowledgeable of general medicine & quick to recognize & prescribe the correct medication! S. Miller is a superb asset to Michigan health!

She's amazing highly recommend her she was excellent with my [age] year old . We went for a check up & he happened to not be well she got him in for chest X-rays that same day & within a few hours results & call back with all information needed plus she made sure to get our preferred pharmacy incase she needed to send something in so she's highly professional comes prepared & knows what to do .Im very satisfied she was pleasant enough to where my son wasn't anxious either. He is afraid of shots so he is uneasy going to drs but he was comfortable with Dr.Shelby Miller as she is very friendly & caring .

Shelby and the staff she works with are great. Hospital management on the other hand needs to stay out of their way and let them do there job with the patients with no restrictions.

Dr shelby and her nurse were amazing! I'd definitely recommend the facility. Waiting months for a new patient appt wasn't the best. BUT I couldn't of received better care.

Shelby is an excellent provider. When I’m ill, and try to schedule an appointment with her, she is booked for the next two months! And I’m told to use the walk- in clinic! The way the health care system is run is not favorable for the patient! The patient is just a number and the only thing that is important is the company making money! There are not enough providers to take care of the amount of patients! In the past, I could call my family doctor and he would schedule me an appointment the same day! I was due for a DOT physical this year and was contacted by MyMichigan so they could re-schedule my appointment three times before I got my physical! My DOT card expired before I got my physical. The first appointment I scheduled was two months before my card expired. The problem was a staffing issue. Not due to me having to reschedule.
