I always receive excellent care and even in just chance meeting she is looking out for my health. I was in the ER tor Covid and we had a chance meeting Just by ,poking at me she notice something was wrong in my appearance and my mannerisms. She send me for a car scan and that is when they fount my brain tumor. Shelby is not only my physician nut she I’d also also on of my angels.

I would tell my family and friends that the girls sitting at the front entrance (the check in girls) when you come in are not very pleasant. A little on the grumpy side.

Shelby Miller is by far the best doctor I have seen. My family was seeing Dr Hunter. I tried to get in with him. But he was so busy. They put me with Shelby so I wouldn't have to wait too long. The first time I seen her. I knew right then she was going to be my doctor. Love love love her and her staff

I do not want to be notified through the chart for appointments, messages from drs after I call. I want the dr to call me. I only use my chart for test results. I tried to explain that to a lisa, I tried to explain to her I wasn’t being rude that I don’t have good internet I live in the woods and prefer dr to call me back. She got mad and said before I could even finish what I was going to say “ I’m not trying to be rude either and hung up on me! She was rude! I wasn’t mad at all!

The last time I called the office which was 4 times NO one answered the phone so I could verify my appointment. One of the girls that I talked to said they were short handed. They could have answered the phone and said can you hold please someone will be with you shortly. It would have been better than nothing.

Shelby has been my NP for 4 years now. She is an excellent NP. I came from the [CITY] area and we had access to the best healthcare, but the physician’s and NP are much better here! They always answer me especially where my medication is concerned.
