What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I really like her. She takes all the time she needs to be with me. Always explains things so you understand. She really care about her patients. You can tell that about the questions she asks and how she answers your questions. I think she’s a very good listener and doctor. I think she really cares about her patients. I’m glad she’s my doctor.

I have always had very professional help and guidance from the office. It is apparent that the overall staff is very short handed although this has not directly affected me.

Dr. Zimmer is a great provider but in the confines of the system isn’t able to respond to messages in timely manner and sometimes there is too much lag time. The office help isn’t very helpful but maybe system problem also. In my opinion, Dr. Zimmer has too many patients to be able to give timely care to patients.

Dr. Nicole Zimmer is an excellent doctor. Period. I’m fortunate to have secured Nicole as my medical provider after the retirement of Dr. Mike Wagner. She demonstrates unbelievable knowledge in medicine; communicates in a manner easy for me to comprehend regardless of my concerns. West Branch is extremely fortunate to have Nicole working at My Michigan Health.

Dr. Zimmer is a delight. While she is still a young doctor, she's a fast learner, excellent communicator, never makes me feel rushed or that my questions are unimportant, and is bright and energetic. I couldn't recommend her more highly. I have found some of her nursing staff (not Angie) rather unfriendly and low-energy, however.

Very happy we found Dr Zimmer. We had little information on Dr's here when we moved up here. She has been very helpful with my care, and my husband's care.

My first appointment was very positive. She had some good ideas for me. My handicap has been difficult to accept. Her kindness shined through. I am happy to be under her care

Check in was smooth, nice to have received reminder about getting bloodwork done in advance, and was greeted by the Doctors nurse/asst in a professional, personable manner, and felt genuine care and interest in my health by Dr Zimmer. Thank you.
