She listens, checks on your chart, knows what shes doing and is friendly. She discusses your health concerns with you. She questions you and makes an informed decision on what would be best for you.

Dr. Zimmer is wonderful. She is a great listener, great communicator, and never seems hurried or eager to move on to her next patient. As a newcomer to rural living, I had my doubts about finding a great medical team, but I am happy to say she proved me wrong.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I love Dr. Zimmer. She listens, she explains, she is warm and engaged, and never seems hurried or eager to be done with me. I bring her thoughtful questions about my complicated medical profile and she provides throrough and equally thoughtful answers. This is especially significant since I was one of her earliest patients and I had reservations about whether someone so young and relatively inexperienced could handle my numerous autoimmune diseases. She proved she was more than up to the challenge.

She is very to the book about growth but if there’s any medical concerns she will go above and beyond to make sure your child gets the care they need.

Nichole is the best doctor I’ve ever had she listens to me she understands she cares she goes above and beyond my expectations thx to her outstanding professionalism I’ve lost 60 pounds not in pain anymore she referred me to places she thought would best help me and they did I’m over the moon excited to finally find a doctor that truly cares about me and my health I highly recommend her 😊

Dr. Zimmer is a wonderful provider and human being. Her practice has grown so quickly though….it is not always possible to get an appt. However, when you do get in—she makes you feel as if you are her most important patient. I just wish there were 3 or 4 more of her!

Student nurse was less than friendly, nurse was good both had to measure head of my baby and still weren’t right. Dr Zimmer is wonderful and had no problems getting measurements.

She is very understanding and listens to what you have to say and does not push off medication on you...runs tests first and is very concerning.

I really like Dr Zimmer and her staff. The are always really ice and helpful.. I am very happy with this Dr and her staff and feel very fortunate to have her as my Dr. thank you!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I’m very happy with Dr Zimmer and her staff. Even though I don’t get follow up calls from her office I always get prompt feedback on My Michigan/ Mychart portal for visits/ test results and if I ask a question or have a request via the patient portal I usually hear back from a staff member within 2 days.

Dr Zimmer is patient and friendly in person but if you call with a question her assistant takes it and calls later with Zimmer’s response.

This was my 1st visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Zimmer shows she cares about You as a person, not just a number. She will not refill my pain or anxiety meds, or muscle relaxers. I'm a bit apprehensive about that, but she is offering alternatives.
