I absolutely love Dr Zimmer. It is the front desk staff and lack of or slow communication and inability to make appts outside of the ones set up at my checkups that bother me. It is impossible to get in to see her if i am sick, i get told to go to urgent care for anything outside of an every 6 month diabetic checkup. Currently i am still waiting on a response about my bloodwork i had done a week ago the all but one test came back abnormal. Have had 0 response from her office. I get they are busy, i get i am not the only patient, but i have waited patiently beyond the 72 window i was told it would take for the results to be reviewed and nothing. I finally sent a message thru my chart this morning, but im sure it will at least 2-3 days before they even look at it

I've only had one bad experience when calling for an appointment.I was told they would call me back and no one called me. I went to urgent care and they sent me to West Branch ER. There I was examined and had test done and then was told of two other doctors to see and was told to contact Dr. zimmer. I called for an appointment and again I was told they would call me back and no one ever called me back. I like Dr. Zimmer and other than that experience I think she has been very good.

It was a very good visit. I noticed the place was spotless. Very clean. Restrooms are very clean. The receptionist were kind and polite. The nurses are very polite and kind and Dr Zimmer was the best. I was treated very well.

This was my first visit with Dr. Zimmer since she became my primary provider after my previous provider left the practice. I was very pleased with the visit and feel as comfortable with Dr. Zimmer as I did with Dr. Sebour. Very friendly, very competent, very thorough, very caring. I am very happy and satisfied!

Nicole is an amazing doctor, you can never get an appointment with her, unless made a year in advance. You will have to go to urgent care with out the possibility of a follow up with Nicole. Her nurse is rude and pushy.

It appears to me that the medical staff is not sufficient and stretched too thin. Sometimes I would like to see the doctor but know it takes months to get in. I know there is a walk in clinic, however, if I want to talk about my chronic illnesses I would prefer to speak to the doctor that is familiar with my conditions.
