Nurse Amy is a pleasure, and Dr. Zimmer is always caring , knowledgeable, responsive and respectful. Reception is also cheerful and pleasant.

I really like Dr. Zimmer. She listens and makes good suggestions for my health care. Nurses in this office are friendly and professional. Easy to talk to and can answer my questions. I'm very pleased with this provider.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Zimmer is an awesome physician. The people that answer the phones, will not get messages to Dr Zimmer. If sick, phone people won't try to get ya in, go to urgent care. I wish Dr Zimmers staff at door were more like she is. Caring and wonderful. I appreciate Dr Zimmer. She is amazing and has changed my husband and I health in a positive way.

I would tell them that Dr Zimmer spent time getting to know us as this was a new patient visit. She seemed very knowledgeable and asked us good questions about previous provider. I would absolutely recommend her. The interaction with her staff was very good.

That they are so nice, and caring. Dr. Zimmer listens to your concerns, as does the nurses. They answer any questions you message them with in a timely manner. They are wonderful.

The staff, and Dr Zimmer are so friendly. I never feel aquard or, embarrassed going there with a medical issue. They remember your previous medical discussions, which always amazes me. Dr. Zimmer sees so many patients during the day. I don't know how she does it. They are the best!!!

Everyone is very friendly from the time you walk in. The medical staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You never feel rushed.

I absolutely love Dr Zimmer. I absolutely dislike the office. I cannot ever get an appt to see her outside of my scheduled at a previous appt, appt. If you are sick or injured you will be told to go to Urgent Care. A question about a medication, you might hear back in 2 weeks. Call you about lab or x ray results, thats not happening! Everything is done thru the stupid hard to use ap and communication is robotic at best and i get so many irrelevant notifications that i turned them off. 6 reminders for one appt is over the top! I literally get 3 notifications thru the ap, 2 texts, and a phone call. I wish she could go into her own practice instead of being part of this group office. She is amazing, patient and kind. Her nurse is usually good too although it seems like theres a different nurse every time im there. The front desk staff, although they have improved a bit in person, are rude and not understanding on the phone. Dr Zimmer 10/10…the office over all 1/10

Dr. Zimmer is very knowledgeable and professional, listens to what patients have to say, makes recommendations and referrals to other providers that are professional as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a primary care provider
