I was very happy and satisfied with my first visit with Rebecca. She showed genuine interest in my problem and prescribed medication to solve my problem.

Rebekah is an excellent medical professional with a varied background of experience. She listens, gathers information, asks appropriate questions, and follows up with patients in a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful way. I was blown away at how quickly they were able to schedule me when I voiced my concerns about an issue I was having. They were able to calm my nerves as well, because it seems to not be as bad an outcome as I was expecting!

She listened to what I said and gave advice based on that. Set up a quick referral for specialist for a shoulder issue. Willing to help if 8 need things for out of country travel. Attentive to,what I had to say.

When I was in the ER and discovered an urgent medical issue and was told to get in to my pcp immediately, it took three days before i got a terse response--on MyChart, after staff telling me they would 'call right back.'. I won't recommend this office to anyone I care about.

Rebecca is the best! However, the front desk people leave a little to be desired. Not exactly friendly and acting like they were quite bored with their job.

Hard to find good care in a timely manner in this area. Have to wait 2 or three weeks for referral to call you. And have even had referrals not calling at all for an appt. And then when they do call it takes 6 months or more before appt.
