I love the fact that she listens to what my concerns and also uses her resources to get answer to questions that can help me to achieve my health goals. The office staff that does the check in and the initial work are always friendly. I have received excellent care from her on many occasions.

This was a new patient visit. Rebekah took her time and addressed all my concerns. I didn’t feel as if I was being rushed out the door. Together we developed a care plan for going forward. I am pleased I chose her as my PCP.

Rebecca Dunn is overall an exceptional doctor, especially for this area. I have always been extremely huge on customer service…I feel like the staff should be more greeting, no matter how busy the job gets. But, in all fairness, most doctors offices lack this. A job should just never be looked at as a chore. My job isn’t exactly blissful, but I make sure that when I am done, all customers are pleased with how I made all my deliveries. And if someone is not happy, I find a way to please them unexpectedly. Keep in mind though, this is merely my opinion. A doctor can be amazing, but without good staff to help you run it, things can go sour very quickly. Thank you!

I have doctor related anxiety, and this year it has gotten far worse due to doing IVF. Rebecca seems to be better than the other doctors I have seen this year.

I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. I stood in line for at least 10 minutes for check in with lots of unmasked sick people. I spent more time with the MA than Rebekah. Rebekah was not focused on my care, did not appeared to have reviewed information in my chart and rushed thru my exam. This is a big change from her normal care.

I've never had an issue with her. She actually listens to what you need, or are experiencing and tries to find a solution with you for the issue. And her office is good about getting back to you in a timely manner if you leave any messages for her about meds or follow-up care.
