Provider was great! Laboratory at the hospital waiting over an hour for a scheduled blood draw was terrible.

Dr Dunn is and has always been amazing! The ability of her staff to help with call backs with questions or concerns after having Dunn tell me to call back if any issues is the problem. I had 3 different nurses never review notes, never returns URGENT calls, says one thing and doesn’t do it, rude, and makes me want to find a new office for my kids. The other staff ruins her entire ability to be a good Dr for my family. I have a sick baby who needs medicine and I have called with questions about my baby’s ability to take meds and two days have pasted with no call back or ability to help me. I’m very frightened and frustrated as a mom.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That Dr Dunn is a family provider that is amazing and such a great Dr to have my family all see. But with urgent matter questions or concerns, her staff aren’t any help, don’t handle urgent matters with any urgency, and ruin her reputation as a great Dr. I never have felt my kids health could be an issue or better treated at ER than by her until this situation today. This leaves me bummed I need to find a new provider for my family and I hate that.
