Don’t even bother wasting your time going there unless you have all day to sit in the waiting room, or the room you are brought in to. You have a better chance just going to the ER

I would say that Hailey was easily one of the best providers that I have ever had. She was patient, understanding, and explained things both clearly and thoroughly. She truly does embody everything that a care provider should be.

She's nice. Explained things well. Gave me helpful information. I got Shingles on my face and have nerve pain. I was getting a lot of pain. She checked me for an ear infection. I saw her at the Walk in clinic.

It was good, we got in and out in a decent time frame and she was very thorough in the exam and considerate of future developments and their impact on our child’s heath and gave us opportunities to prepare to treat them should they arise. Over all very good visit.

My experience with Dr. Rachel Cron was Great.
She stitched up my hand / wrist and was completely confident in doing so, even though it was a deep laceration and in an area that was under tension everytime i moved my wrist or thumb and could potentially tear open. The Dr. Gave me great medical advice, and also just to be very careful while healing in the next 2 weeks. I will highly recommend her to everyone.

EXTREMELY unprofessional staff she has working for her. Her bedside manner was not much better although I liked her accent. If you're so unhappy with treating sick children, please ask someone else to and not treat that child and parent like they're bothering you.

The nurse was very rude to my [AGE] yr old and myself. She huffed and puffed when I didnt know the answer to her questions. She told my [AGE] yr old to pick "sit on table or in chair" and after 2 seconds she said "or dont make a decision then, I guess" very rudely! She told my child that he would be held down to administer Tylenol. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional (yes, sick kids are frustrating) but there is NEVER a time where you need to speak to a child or parent like that. Skinny, older lady with glasses and blonde hair in a pony tail. Dr. Land wasnt that pleasant either. Child is stubborn but when his ear drum gets poked by her scope, he refused to let her look in his other ear after that. High unprofessional. Highly disrespectful to the patient.

She was very thorough and the way she incorporated dental health with her exam was appreciated because I am a [OCCUPATION] and feel medical and dental are not always discussed together. It’s refreshing to hear her ask dental questions and encourage teenagers like my daughter to care for their teeth in addition to their entire bodies. I highly recommend this office and provider.

She was amazing during this visit. Last visit was met with upmost consideration for my mental health needs (anxiety, depression, etc) without judgment. She was up beat and personable. This latest visit, she took the time to look at my file before seeing me to relate to me through our last visit. It made me feel like she actually cared for me as a person and not just a patient on the chart. Hands down the best provider My MI Walk In has had in the 20+ years utilizing the clinic.

The other staff were great! But Lorraine was very unprofessional, rude, condescending. She cut my son off before he was finished speaking. Insulted him and his mom. She truly didnt check him out. He is sicker than he was. We will never go back there because we never want to see her again. We have everything been treated so horribly by a medical professional!
