I believe that the services received were of the highest expectations. Hailey has the perfect attitude, personality, and strong commitment to getting the best care and outcomes. Don't lose this PA. She knows how to read and lead a patient to diagnose the medical condition. Thank you PA Hailey.

Teagan was thoughtful and wanted to help more when she knew she couldn’t do anymore at the clinic . She put me in contact with an orthopedic surgeon to have my finger looked (mallet finger) . She even called to go over my X-rays . It was good experience at the walk in clinic.

It’s the only urgent care walk in facility in the area. So I’m grateful it’s there. Bonus points that the service was good and quick.

I was from out of town. I went to the walk in clinic. Was seen promptly. Was first screened by a very competent nurse. Then saw a med provider who was equally pleasant. Very thorough to make sure there wasn't something else going on other than what I was complaining about (i.e. vertigo).

Saw her in the walk in clinic and she was very thorough and great to talk to. Hit thr problem head on and even the eye doctor said she was very smart in treating me the way she did to keep the infection from Spreading.

She was very caring and thorough. She confirmed that I probably had Shingles even though I was vaccinated. She prescribed Valacyclovir to treat the red splotch on my face that wasn't healing. She explained that if Shingles spread to my eye that I should immediately go to the ER. Thankfully the red spot on my face is healing. I'm very grateful to Hailey Cockerill for her excellent care.

Very good, wish she had given me a steroid shot ,along with steroid pac prescribed that I picked up at pharmacy.

I saw the provider at the urgent care facility. I got right in as a walk-in and saw the Dr and was given a Rx for my issue. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend her to others. I appreciate the availability of an urgent care clinic as I am from out of town.
