What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I felt that Hailey listened to my symptoms/concerns/needs and was able to provide me medical care that I felt comfortable with applying. Hailey was very professional/understanding/. She communicated clearly and precisely. It was nice dealing with a professional who was willing to listen and ask questions before making any assessments. I feel like she is very trustworthy and beyond competent.

Almost two hour wait. I wish the hadn’t closed the little office at Meijer.

Hailey was prompt and professional. I came into the office with an urgent health matter and was very satiafied with my experience as a patient. I highly recommend this clinic and it's clinicians.

I was seen here while traveling for work and I needed medical care for a mild injury. This clinic had reasonable hours, making it accessible to me in spite of my work schedule. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Dr listened, asked questions to learn more about the injury, and explained her diagnosis. She also provided options for treatment and follow up care.

Fantastic. I was dealing with a cold for 8 weeks! She was the Dr that finally got rid of it. She also helped me out with sores on side of my mouth that several Dr’s could not figure out. Really top notch.

If you need to see a medical professional the walk in clinic is a very good option especially with the shortage of doctors in our community

I just went in for a tetanus shot after stepping on a nail. I waited 1.5 hours in waiting room with 3 others before me. I witnessed 2 people turned away at 5:16 & 5:25 when the clinic was open til 6. prior to me being called to the back 1 person that was not waiting to be called back and 1 of the 3 are all that left in the 1.5 hours I was there Extremely slow service.

Lorraine was very rude to me. This wasn't the first time either. She asked me why I brought my daughter to her. My daughter had a knot in chest above her breast and Lorraine said what causes pain in one's arm I said yes it's normally the heart but she has a knot in her chest I wanted to rule that out that it wasn't a muscle spasm causing the pain. Lorraine argued that there was no knot in my daughter's chest and that I should have taken her to the hospital as any parent would have that it was obviously her heart. I said ok I will take her there. Lorraine's body language and rudeness said it all as usual. I was walking out the door and she rudely stands at the door and says thank you as she was ushering us out. I left went across the street with my daughter to MyMichigan Hospital and my daughter was seen and she had an EKG and a chest x-ray and the doctor came in and she felt my daughter's chest and she found and felt the knot & said it's a spasm not her heart. Don't go to Lorraine!

Dr Land was my provider before starting at the walk in and i absolutely adore her!! She is always so friendly, patient, and listens to what you have going on. She doesn’t rush you out. I always talk highly of her. Woman at the front desk was also very personable.
