I got in very quick I was seeing almost right away she was very thorough kind considerate and courteous and knew exactly what to give me and explain the symptoms and what to do everything went just great I would recommend for anyone and I would go back with no hesitant at all knowing that I will be taken care of . .

I saw her at the Walk In Clinic. She couldn’t help me, but showed a lot of concern for me and called the ER ahead of time to let them know that I was coming in. Her urgency and compassion probably saved my life.

Out of towner, was seen as a walkin, excellent staff as well as Dr Listened to my issue and prescribed the correct medication to address my problem, I would highly recommend this facility

I went to the clinic with a bad injury never heard anything back experienced high pain levels ,suffered alot .no clue what to do next know ing somthing was still really wrong with my ankle.

I had her for my urgent care visit. She was great, listened to me and really took time making sure I understood everything. She was excellent and I would highly recommend her. Was extremely grateful for her help getting me on the road to feeling better. I hope you make sure and share this with her. As a side note both the other staff I dealt with [DATE] were extremely helpful and friendly as well.

One of the best walk in experiences I've had, the receptionist was super kind to minimize how much I had to talk because I had a painful sore throat and the recommended treatment has worked great

I am very disappointed with the care I have received regarding the sliver in my hand. I was first seen at the walk-in clinic and referred to the Emergency Department, where I was then referred to this doctor for removal. Unfortunately, after three separate visits to MYMichigan Health, no one has been willing or confident enough to actually remove it or provide treatment. It is incredibly frustrating to continue being sent from one provider to another, with each visit resulting in another referral and another bill, while the original issue remains untreated. I understand that providers may have limitations or may feel a specialist is better suited to handle something, but after three visits, I expected someone to take responsibility for actually addressing the problem. I am simply disappointed that I have been charged multiple times without receiving the care I originally sought.
