Out of towner, was seen as a walkin, excellent staff as well as Dr Listened to my issue and prescribed the correct medication to address my problem, I would highly recommend this facility

I had her for my urgent care visit. She was great, listened to me and really took time making sure I understood everything. She was excellent and I would highly recommend her. Was extremely grateful for her help getting me on the road to feeling better. I hope you make sure and share this with her. As a side note both the other staff I dealt with [DATE] were extremely helpful and friendly as well.

One of the best walk in experiences I've had, the receptionist was super kind to minimize how much I had to talk because I had a painful sore throat and the recommended treatment has worked great

I am very disappointed with the care I have received regarding the sliver in my hand. I was first seen at the walk-in clinic and referred to the Emergency Department, where I was then referred to this doctor for removal. Unfortunately, after three separate visits to MYMichigan Health, no one has been willing or confident enough to actually remove it or provide treatment. It is incredibly frustrating to continue being sent from one provider to another, with each visit resulting in another referral and another bill, while the original issue remains untreated. I understand that providers may have limitations or may feel a specialist is better suited to handle something, but after three visits, I expected someone to take responsibility for actually addressing the problem. I am simply disappointed that I have been charged multiple times without receiving the care I originally sought.

This was at Urgent Care in Sault Ste Marie, and she kind and thorough. She also had a student intern with her who also was wonderful.

I have great experiences with Hailey and staff. When I attended facility on Hailey's day off waited over 90 minutes and finally left without being seen.

Hailey was a great provider for my minor Issue. She was so positive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to I left the office feeling uplifted and feeling good about the rest of my day.

It was very positive, I did not have to wait long at the walk in clinic. My issue was resolved quickly with a great and caring attitude. I don’t think I’ve ever had a medical provider that was as positive and in such a great mood as Hailey. It was a very positive experience. I would actually prefer her as my primary care provider. Great sense of humor and knowledgeable about my issue.

The physician listened and acted. She asked the appropriate questions and listened to my answers. The medicine I was prescribed helped and she identified a contributing factor to my issue that had been missed a couple times by others. Very happy with my visit.
