She delayed treatment and did not give answers. Only repeated my symptoms in medical terms. Did not care what I had to say. Talked down to me like I was a child.

Lorraine is an exceptional provider. I saw her at the walk in facility. She is so sweet and kind…I felt very taken care of by her, as if she was treating me like family. She answered all of my questions and gave great advice on follow up care. The walk in staff is always great! Lorraine is simply lovely!

This walk in clinic is a great facility. It’s great having this option when you can’t wait to see your doctor. Much better than having to go to the Emergency Room.

Hailey was great, knew exactly what to do, sent my Rx in and when I pulled into my drive, the pharmacy sent a text that it was ready. I would definitely recommend her. The receptionist was not very friendly, told me to take a number even tho I was the only one there. The LPN was great, very professional.

Nurse and welcome staff were great, Rachel seemed rushed and did not care about my condition or concern at all and blew me off and sent me home.

She sent us home with no information about the rest of the house getting sick. We all have pink eye and a severally bad cold. She said he was ready to go back to school when in fact he is still very sick!
