The physician listened and acted. She asked the appropriate questions and listened to my answers. The medicine I was prescribed helped and she identified a contributing factor to my issue that had been missed a couple times by others. Very happy with my visit.

This is the only place they gave me something to To write. Everybody was pleasant and did their job. Well, I did not think the Exam room was very clean. I think it should be cleaner.

Hailey and all staff were very helpful, caring and professional. Hailey diagnosed my ailment, sent me to emergency care and even checked on my progress by visiting me in the ER. My wife and I were extremely impressed and grateful for the personal care I received both at the clinic and at the MyMichigan facility in Sault St. Marie.

That she is very professional and went out of her way to get my leg X-rayed in a very timely fashion and found an underlying bruise / infection on bone.

Hailey was absolutely fantastic, she gave great medical advice for the future and explained how and why to take of my wound. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is pleasant the minute she walked into the room. This was my first time to the walk-in clinic and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The entire staff experience was very nice and helpful throughout.

Dr Hailey and her staff were amazing. They got me in incredibly fast and out. Very knowledgeable staff and hopefully I never get sick again. If I do though you best believe I’m going to see Dr Hailey and staff.

I could not have asked for better care than what I received. The pain in my leg was intense but the staff went to work giving me hope that this too will pass. I appreciate the kindness with which they treated me.
