Lorraine cares for her patients; she listens carefully, answers any questions, and provides excellent recommendations for future care. I highly recommend . She is a true healer.

The care and exam were good. However there was absolutely NO follow through. A strep test with 2 swabs was completed. The rapid was negative but we were told a culture would be sent to the lab. After no results posted to her chart and my child still being ill with a high fever I called. Apparently it was NEVER sent over to the lab. Very disappointed and I will not be back regardless of the provider.

She listens and show compassion. She tried to follow up multiple time with me within 24 hours…we kept missing each other but she never gave up. She responded to my lab results within less then 24 hours. Highly professional and would recommend her to others.

Lorraine was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and provided a quick, accurate diagnosis with the appropriate prescriptions that have worked well to heal the patient.

I was on vacation and developed a urinary tract infection. At first I tried to ignore it but it continued to cause issues. I found the walk in clinic on google and decided to give it a try. I was impressed. Amazing service and follow up. She listened to my history and discussed all options and provided the necessary care. Thank you!!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This provider was very short with me. When she asked if I had a hx of kidney stones and I said I wasn’t sure, she VERY rudely said “You’ve either passed a kidney stone or you haven’t”. Way over explained simple thing as if I were stupid.

Lorraine Land is very professional at her job. She helped me get the correct medications to help my sinus cold. She made me feel at ease because of her knowledge. She is excellent in her field as a Nurse Practitioner. If I need to go to the clinic again I hope she is the Nurse Practitioner I have to help me again. I thank her very much.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Office staff was annoyed I came in at 4:30 asking for a school sports physical. Was told rudely “it will be 2 hours if you can wait.” Mrs. Land was very sarcastic and rude also. I was standing in line to check in and she came flying out of a door that we were standing in front of, hit my son with the door, ( door had a Do not stand in front of door sign, office was full of people waiting ). After I apologized for not seeing the sign she told me that I need to read and that most people don’t! I was very offended. Especially since there were 5 children in the office witnessing such behavior. During the visit my child couldn’t remember the day his last dentist appt was, so I told her 3 weeks ago. She told him his cognitive memory wasn’t working. We more than likely will not return to this clinic.

Lorraine Land was quick to see my daughter at the walk in clinic, able to give good thorough assessment and tests appropriate for the reason being seen. We are grateful for the care and help received

The professional care and treatment is excellent! I was so impressed and very thankful as I was truly apprehensive upon coming in. Lorraine was very kind and patient with me as I could not hear her. She took time to speak slowly and also relay to my husband what we were doing. I SO appreciate her treatment.

I have had 3 visits at the Clinic and have had extremely professional help without any waiting all 3 times. I am so impressed! The care I received and help from the front desk were all a very pleasant experience. I always highly recommend this Clinic to all friends and family from Ontario to Florida if they need care away from home. Thanks again!

I regret to report that my recent visit with this provider did not meet my expectations. I sought treatment at the clinic for severe pain, similar to a previous episode I had earlier in the year. Unfortunately, I felt that I was not treated with the level of respect and attention that I had hoped for. Despite receiving an injection for pain relief, I found the manner in which it was administered to be distressing. As a fellow healthcare professional, I was disheartened by the entire encounter. The provider seemed to place blame on me for not following my previous doctor's care plan, without asking for further information or understanding my reasons for not doing so. It appeared that she lacked the desire to assist me initially, but ultimately decided to offer an anti-inflammatory shot to help alleviate the pain.

Disappointing for Americans to travel across the ST Mary's River from Canada to seek health assistance from a U of M affiliate clinic. When we arrived there was no receptionist or note on the window of "when they would return" and a staff member came out to do copying and said they were at lunch with six people in the waiting room. Two people left since no one was there to greet them to help with their needs. Why would there not be someone to fill in at a walk in emergency clinic is baffling. Once I portrayed all my symptoms and needs with the staff in the exam room, the NP came in and asked me what my troubles were. I advised we just went through them and they were in the chart and she said she cannot do anything for a cold. I am not a doctor and she did not even examine me prior. I asked for a Covid test and she finally opted to check my heart and lungs. I asked is there nothing you can do and she finally advised of an over the counter medication we could get at the local sto

Very friendly clinic. Receptionist , Nurse, Lorraine PA are all exceptional . No complaints .
