This was an emergency walk in clinic appointment. I was treated quickly, efficiently, and am completely satisfied with the visit and the results. Lorraine was very reassuring and extremely helpful, thorough, excellent communicator and made me feel appreciated. I treasure MYMichigan Health services in Sault Ste Marie as an outstanding medical facility.

I’m from out of state visiting my daughter. Was sick before I came and was on zpac, finished my medicine but was not getting better and went to the clinic. The dr was very thorough , friendly and helpful. Waiting time was not long. Thankyou for making me feel very comfortable and feeling better by prescribing a different antibiotic. When ever I come to visit my daughter and I’m in need of medical help, I will come to this clinic.

Friendliest, caring. Cleanliness, helpful. My first time here. Everyone in the office treated me as a respected patient , and the dr was wonderful . My whole experience was great and would recommend any one and all. If ever in need again I will come back. I live out of state. Thankyou for making me feel better.

Friendly, very informative about my issue in a walk in clinic. She showed compassion and prescribed what I needed. She called me as she said she would, two days later after getting more info and changed my script. She was thorough and made sure I understood.

Lorraine was my care provider years ago and we absolutely love her. She is always extremely thorough, patient, addresses my worries/concerns and does well to put me at ease. She is all around amazing!

Land walked into the room I was in and insulted my mother 3 times who wasn’t even present. She had no right to do so. And, she was so bent on insulting and putting down my mother that she failed to do a complete exam. She did not look in my nose, and only looked in my throat for 1 second, she did not have me nove my tongue around. She only addressed half of my symptoms but was sure quick to continue being unnecessarily harsh. I regret ever going and want a refund. The visit was as useful as lighting $45 on fire and throwing it in a can of gas. That’s not to mention that she owes me and my not present mother an apology. Who does she think she is that she can just walk in talking about other people like that. I want a follow up on this from the patient advocate because I am really angry at what transpired in her office.

Lorraine’s very knowledgeable and knew what I needed for my conjunctivitis. The only complaint is the waiting which was a little long. But understandably it was just her and one nurse available.

Lorraine removed my sutures from a wound on my right hand. She was so calm and did a great job explaining the signs of infection and how to prevent it. Wound is healing nicely.

Lorraine was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. She explained that their clinic wasn't set up to do tests, but Kristen would be able to order them. Lorraine gave me recommendations treatment and when to go the ER. She was helpful.
