What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It was very good and very professional. The walk in clinic did a great job of helping me figure out what was wrong. Thanks again Dr Land and the rest of the team.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I saw this physician on a walk in basis. I am unsure if she has private practice I would see her again. The wait time was 3 hours which was not her fault but managements for not having more staff.

I love the staff. It's sad that the Meijers clinic is closed causing a long wait time at this facility. Lorraine is the BEST practicioner ever!

Mrs.Land was very concentrated on my Health problems. She explained in detail what was happening and the proper treatment plan for the problem. She was very attentive and answered any and all questions that I had. She was easy to talk to, I never felt like I was being talked down to or any of my questions were stupid questions. I would highly recommend her to any of my relatives for care.

It was a short wait to see the provider. The provider was attentive and focused on my health care. She made sure that I understood the treatment plan and if I had any questions about it.

Nurse land was condescending. Even rolled her eyes at me at times. I was sick and exhausted and she was infuriating. She didn’t listen to what I had to say. She made it clear to me without saying so that I shouldn’t have even been there. I needed to get better so I could get back to work. I arrived at the clinic at 4:30 didn’t get seen till 6:00. That is what it is . I don’t think that gives her the right to push me through. Not listen to my concerns. I’m very disappointed that her supervisors Allow that kind of bed side manor.

Lorraine wasn't very welcoming with myself and my son that day. She basically talked down to us expecting us to know what to do for my sons illness. This is the second time we were treated like this by her

Lorraine validated my concerns and went above and beyond to help my child feel comfortable in her office. I appreciated her support of our family dynamics and recognizing our medical history.

She was pleasant but the prescription she ordered didn’t help my child recover from her ear infection. The wait at the walk in clinic was terrible, over 2 hours.

I will tell everyone to not waste 3 hours of there life sitting in the waiting room to only be seen for maybe 5 minutes and zero tests be done to rule anything out and completely ignore the parent and talk over the parent and not even look at his vitals or file before coming into the room and and have a stuck up attitude and not seem very confident about anything...worst provider and office ever! I'll continue to go elsewhere

In my experience with Lorraine Land, I found her to be very professional, caring, and thorough. She listened to my problems and ordered lab tests for my issues. I was called with the results of my lab tests. I believe she is extremely competent and very compassionate.

This provider, Dr. Lorraine Land, I thought was very professional, caring, and thorough. She listened to my problems and ordered lab test for my issues. I was contacted with the results of the lab tests. I was also encouraged to follow up with my doctor. I so appreciated how she washed her hands when she first entered my room. So I believe Dr. Lorraine Land is very competent and compassionate.

Very Personable and Professional. Took the time to print out and go over all my data including that days visit vital statistics. Sat with me, answered all my questions and talked about my plans and direction back to health. I was very happy with the Personable caring attention.

The provider gave excellent care, but I had to wait 1.5 hours to be taken to an exam room. There were 2 people ahead of me.

Provider seemed to have a negative response to me not trying more over the counter treatments for my symptoms. I really try to avoid excessive medication due to genetics and past family experiences. I felt like I was being judged for not using Mucinex and Flonase.

I have seen Lorraine Land on a couple of occasions at the Walk-In Clinic, and my visits have always been conducted in a professional manner and with good recovery results.

Lorraine cares for her patients; she listens carefully, answers any questions, and provides excellent recommendations for future care. I highly recommend . She is a true healer.
