I had her for my urgent care visit. She was great, listened to me and really took time making sure I understood everything. She was excellent and I would highly recommend her. Was extremely grateful for her help getting me on the road to feeling better. I hope you make sure and share this with her. As a side note both the other staff I dealt with [DATE] were extremely helpful and friendly as well.

I am very disappointed with the care I have received regarding the sliver in my hand. I was first seen at the walk-in clinic and referred to the Emergency Department, where I was then referred to this doctor for removal. Unfortunately, after three separate visits to MYMichigan Health, no one has been willing or confident enough to actually remove it or provide treatment. It is incredibly frustrating to continue being sent from one provider to another, with each visit resulting in another referral and another bill, while the original issue remains untreated. I understand that providers may have limitations or may feel a specialist is better suited to handle something, but after three visits, I expected someone to take responsibility for actually addressing the problem. I am simply disappointed that I have been charged multiple times without receiving the care I originally sought.

This was at Urgent Care in Sault Ste Marie, and she kind and thorough. She also had a student intern with her who also was wonderful.

This is the only place they gave me something to To write. Everybody was pleasant and did their job. Well, I did not think the Exam room was very clean. I think it should be cleaner.

Walk in clinic is lucky to have Lorraine land. I’ve seen her other times with other health issues and have always been happy to have her. She also called me with test results the next day and the following day as she said she would.

Lorraine was great. She quickly diagnosed my health condition (which had been misdiagnosed by my primary care physician) and gave excellent advice about how to treat it. She was friendly and took time to explain things thoroughly. Everyone at the clinic was very caring and efficient.

Don’t even bother wasting your time going there unless you have all day to sit in the waiting room, or the room you are brought in to. You have a better chance just going to the ER
