Loraine is a fantastic medical provider and nurse Trina is very caring and professional. I was very impressed with the care I received at the walk in clinic.

I went to the walk-in clinic and was seen at a decent interval and the nurse practitioner there helped with my problem. She gave detailed instructions about the prescription and alternative backups. The prescription has been working.

Lorraine Land was very professional, caring, and thorough during my visit. She listened attentively and use the information that I told her plus what she observed when examining me to make an excellent determination. I would highly recommend Lorraine Land to friends and family to treat their medical issues. I was very impressed with her in every respect.

The wait time is ridiculous in the walk in clinic. But it is the only one available in the Soo. I wish that they had later hours as well. You get care, but it is pretty gruff.

We are transient boaters & needed urgent care for sinusitis & my husband had a UTI. We were both impressed with the efficiency, caring & completeness of our visit.

This is a Walk In Clinic. I only use this facility when I am unable to schedule with my regular physician. Ms. Land was very easy to work with, explained what was necessary to resolve my medical issue. This is only a non emergency medical facility, and I am not normally a patient there.

This woman needs a raise! I think she should be running things. She broke things down in a way that we were able to understand and went above and beyond. She never made us feel judged or stigmatized which speaks volumes, especially in this town, because we showed up with minimal information and entirely unprepared. She was knowledgeable, direct, straightforward while also being kind and patient. 5 star rating for sure!

She was rude and talked to me like I was stupid. She seemed irritated that I came in to get a check up and didn’t give me any discharge papers.

This was an emergency walk in clinic appointment. I was treated quickly, efficiently, and am completely satisfied with the visit and the results. Lorraine was very reassuring and extremely helpful, thorough, excellent communicator and made me feel appreciated. I treasure MYMichigan Health services in Sault Ste Marie as an outstanding medical facility.

I’m from out of state visiting my daughter. Was sick before I came and was on zpac, finished my medicine but was not getting better and went to the clinic. The dr was very thorough , friendly and helpful. Waiting time was not long. Thankyou for making me feel very comfortable and feeling better by prescribing a different antibiotic. When ever I come to visit my daughter and I’m in need of medical help, I will come to this clinic.

Friendliest, caring. Cleanliness, helpful. My first time here. Everyone in the office treated me as a respected patient , and the dr was wonderful . My whole experience was great and would recommend any one and all. If ever in need again I will come back. I live out of state. Thankyou for making me feel better.

Friendly, very informative about my issue in a walk in clinic. She showed compassion and prescribed what I needed. She called me as she said she would, two days later after getting more info and changed my script. She was thorough and made sure I understood.
