EXTREMELY unprofessional staff she has working for her. Her bedside manner was not much better although I liked her accent. If you're so unhappy with treating sick children, please ask someone else to and not treat that child and parent like they're bothering you.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The nurse was very rude to my [AGE] yr old and myself. She huffed and puffed when I didnt know the answer to her questions. She told my [AGE] yr old to pick "sit on table or in chair" and after 2 seconds she said "or dont make a decision then, I guess" very rudely! She told my child that he would be held down to administer Tylenol. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional (yes, sick kids are frustrating) but there is NEVER a time where you need to speak to a child or parent like that. Skinny, older lady with glasses and blonde hair in a pony tail. Dr. Land wasnt that pleasant either. Child is stubborn but when his ear drum gets poked by her scope, he refused to let her look in his other ear after that. High unprofessional. Highly disrespectful to the patient.

She was very thorough and the way she incorporated dental health with her exam was appreciated because I am a [OCCUPATION] and feel medical and dental are not always discussed together. It’s refreshing to hear her ask dental questions and encourage teenagers like my daughter to care for their teeth in addition to their entire bodies. I highly recommend this office and provider.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She was amazing during this visit. Last visit was met with upmost consideration for my mental health needs (anxiety, depression, etc) without judgment. She was up beat and personable. This latest visit, she took the time to look at my file before seeing me to relate to me through our last visit. It made me feel like she actually cared for me as a person and not just a patient on the chart. Hands down the best provider My MI Walk In has had in the 20+ years utilizing the clinic.

The other staff were great! But Lorraine was very unprofessional, rude, condescending. She cut my son off before he was finished speaking. Insulted him and his mom. She truly didnt check him out. He is sicker than he was. We will never go back there because we never want to see her again. We have everything been treated so horribly by a medical professional!

She was rude, disrespectful and did not seem interested in solving my problem. She would not refer me to another doctor to fix my problem. I would tell family and friends not to go there and if they needed help to go to the emergency room instead. I myself will not be going back and will look elsewhere for healthcare.

PA Land did not take my concern seriously. My son had been sick with a fever for 4 days, and had sinus pain & pressure, she gave is flonase and sent us on our way. 2 days later I took him to [ ] with severe ear & sinus infection.

I was in the clinic for food poisoning. I had eaten raw shrimp. Alot of them. There staff was excellent and very respectful. I waited an hour which was conveyed to me when I showed up what the wait would be. Overall I would definitely use these services again. As pleasant an experience as food poisoning can be.

I thought that the nurse there was very nice, but the nurse practitioner was busy at the time and as a result gave me a strep test and after it was negative assumed it was influenza. Very dismissive towards me and barely let me explain my symptoms.

I was disheartened by the dismissiveness and lack of respect shown to me. I understand we all have difficult days, but this was not an acceptable interaction. Ms. Land made assumptions that I was seeking some type of outcome that I was not (likely that I was a patient thinking incorrectly that antibiotics would help a viral infection, which was not the case nor something I would have accepted if offered). I was seeking help for an irritated airway and before she evaluated (even before listening to breathing or symptoms) me she told me what I had was "normal congestion" and begrudgingly prescribed me an inhaler. Ms. Land rolled her eyes twice in our visit. When I remained calm and warm to her despite this, only then did she soften slightly but still was dismissive and abrupt. I sought another opinion elsewhere & was diagnosed with viral-induced asthma. I enjoy this clinic and their staff is excellent, but I would not engage in treatment with Ms. Land again or allow my children to.
