Lorraine was very rude to me. This wasn't the first time either. She asked me why I brought my daughter to her. My daughter had a knot in chest above her breast and Lorraine said what causes pain in one's arm I said yes it's normally the heart but she has a knot in her chest I wanted to rule that out that it wasn't a muscle spasm causing the pain. Lorraine argued that there was no knot in my daughter's chest and that I should have taken her to the hospital as any parent would have that it was obviously her heart. I said ok I will take her there. Lorraine's body language and rudeness said it all as usual. I was walking out the door and she rudely stands at the door and says thank you as she was ushering us out. I left went across the street with my daughter to MyMichigan Hospital and my daughter was seen and she had an EKG and a chest x-ray and the doctor came in and she felt my daughter's chest and she found and felt the knot & said it's a spasm not her heart. Don't go to Lorraine!

Dr Land was my provider before starting at the walk in and i absolutely adore her!! She is always so friendly, patient, and listens to what you have going on. She doesn’t rush you out. I always talk highly of her. Woman at the front desk was also very personable.

That nurse that brought me into the exam room asked me to remove my pants and never shut the outside curtain for my privacy.

I saw this physician on a walk in basis. I am unsure if she has private practice I would see her again. The wait time was 3 hours which was not her fault but managements for not having more staff.

I love the staff. It's sad that the Meijers clinic is closed causing a long wait time at this facility. Lorraine is the BEST practicioner ever!

I was seen with a very minimal wait. Lorraine was excellent at listening to my concerns and addressing my current issue. I really appreciate her time and thoroughness.

Mrs.Land was very concentrated on my Health problems. She explained in detail what was happening and the proper treatment plan for the problem. She was very attentive and answered any and all questions that I had. She was easy to talk to, I never felt like I was being talked down to or any of my questions were stupid questions. I would highly recommend her to any of my relatives for care.

It was a short wait to see the provider. The provider was attentive and focused on my health care. She made sure that I understood the treatment plan and if I had any questions about it.

Nurse land was condescending. Even rolled her eyes at me at times. I was sick and exhausted and she was infuriating. She didn’t listen to what I had to say. She made it clear to me without saying so that I shouldn’t have even been there. I needed to get better so I could get back to work. I arrived at the clinic at 4:30 didn’t get seen till 6:00. That is what it is . I don’t think that gives her the right to push me through. Not listen to my concerns. I’m very disappointed that her supervisors Allow that kind of bed side manor.

Lorraine wasn't very welcoming with myself and my son that day. She basically talked down to us expecting us to know what to do for my sons illness. This is the second time we were treated like this by her

Lorraine validated my concerns and went above and beyond to help my child feel comfortable in her office. I appreciated her support of our family dynamics and recognizing our medical history.

She was pleasant but the prescription she ordered didn’t help my child recover from her ear infection. The wait at the walk in clinic was terrible, over 2 hours.

I will tell everyone to not waste 3 hours of there life sitting in the waiting room to only be seen for maybe 5 minutes and zero tests be done to rule anything out and completely ignore the parent and talk over the parent and not even look at his vitals or file before coming into the room and and have a stuck up attitude and not seem very confident about anything...worst provider and office ever! I'll continue to go elsewhere
