Lorraine was my care provider years ago and we absolutely love her. She is always extremely thorough, patient, addresses my worries/concerns and does well to put me at ease. She is all around amazing!

Land walked into the room I was in and insulted my mother 3 times who wasn’t even present. She had no right to do so. And, she was so bent on insulting and putting down my mother that she failed to do a complete exam. She did not look in my nose, and only looked in my throat for 1 second, she did not have me nove my tongue around. She only addressed half of my symptoms but was sure quick to continue being unnecessarily harsh. I regret ever going and want a refund. The visit was as useful as lighting $45 on fire and throwing it in a can of gas. That’s not to mention that she owes me and my not present mother an apology. Who does she think she is that she can just walk in talking about other people like that. I want a follow up on this from the patient advocate because I am really angry at what transpired in her office.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Lorraine’s very knowledgeable and knew what I needed for my conjunctivitis. The only complaint is the waiting which was a little long. But understandably it was just her and one nurse available.

Lorraine removed my sutures from a wound on my right hand. She was so calm and did a great job explaining the signs of infection and how to prevent it. Wound is healing nicely.

Lorraine was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. She explained that their clinic wasn't set up to do tests, but Kristen would be able to order them. Lorraine gave me recommendations treatment and when to go the ER. She was helpful.

For a walk in clinic it was good. Unfortunately they don't except BCBS HMO.

She's a very polite lady and I do like seeing her. My only concern is that my OB wanted me tested for strep throat because it's going around right now and she didn't test me even though I asked. She said it's seasonal allergies. So I had to seek care elsewhere after going here. It indeed was strep throat. I really like her and don't want to complain but it just felt like a waste of time by not taking a few minutes to give me the test that my OB had told me to go get done. Otherwise she's always very polite and usually listens to concerns so I was just surprised this time that she didn't do what I had asked for because she normally does listen to concerns and address them

Loved her accent, she was very patient, [Name] came in , and I disrupted her one on one with me , and she was so caring and understanding, for that I am very greatful, and she talked me down , to calm me to do blood pressure over ,I have anxiety when getting this done ,

The nurse and front desk were amazing. The provider had the most terrible bedside manner I have ever received. She was condescending about me coming in because I “could have saved $200.00. If I would have taken over the counter medicine earlier.” I thought that was rude and none of her business. I don’t like taking meds and try to handle things naturally first. Again non of her business.

Lorraine Land has never spent more than 5 minutes in a room with me. She does not listen to my concerns. Every single time she takes two seconds to look in my mouth then she says upper respiratory infection. I’m at my wits end and i will never go to an office where she’s the provider ever again.

Walk in clinic wait time is really long. Took an hour and 45 minutes before being called from waiting room to exam room. Everyone was doing the best they could. Need additional providers to help reduce wait times.

She was very ignorant and NOT respectful. Yelling at me and told me I'm not allowed back because I'm supposedly abusing the privilege of the Walk in clinic. All because I didn't take a pain med. I'm still upset with her
