Teagan was very polite and professional. She had obviously reviewed my medical records, and listened carefully to what I was describing as my symptoms and recent history. I cannot thank Teagan enough for the prescription which helped me immensely within 24 hours of my first dose. I have slept better since my visit than I have in the past 10 days. Teagan is an excellent provider who listens to the patient, and I would recommend her to my family, friends, and anyone needing immediate medical assistance. Teagan examined my injury and asked appropriate questions. Before arranging an Xray and ultrasound, eliminating the need for lab work to check for blood clots. Very considerate and professional!

I was seen here while traveling for work and I needed medical care for a mild injury. This clinic had reasonable hours, making it accessible to me in spite of my work schedule. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Dr listened, asked questions to learn more about the injury, and explained her diagnosis. She also provided options for treatment and follow up care.

Fantastic. I was dealing with a cold for 8 weeks! She was the Dr that finally got rid of it. She also helped me out with sores on side of my mouth that several Dr’s could not figure out. Really top notch.

My Michigan Walk in Clinic is much better then the er at the hospital and the doctors at the Hertiage bldg. The care I received during Covid at the hospital in the ICU unit was despicable to say the least and when I was released I wrote a letter saying I will not be back . But I do like Teagan at the walk in she kind and considerate not rushy and assuming and doing unnecessary tests.

The nurse ( I am sorry I forgot her name) and PA Tarbell were both kind and helpful. PA Tarbell worked with me to find a solution to my concerns meaning she did not talk down to me and allowed me to have a say in my treatment. PA Tarbell went the extra mile and helped me find a pharmacy that was still open to fill the prescription that night. I don't have a Primary and wished that I could have made her mine but that isn't possible in a walk-in clinic. I appreciated this all. I also appreciate the help the lady at the front desk gave me (sorry I don't know her name). It was busy and she still took time to answer questions I had about the charges.

Teagan is absolutely wonderful! I had a problem with my first antibiotics but when I called and explained to Teagan what was going on she was super helpful and got me a new prescription right away! I always get the best care from her!
