My Michigan Walk in Clinic is much better then the er at the hospital and the doctors at the Hertiage bldg. The care I received during Covid at the hospital in the ICU unit was despicable to say the least and when I was released I wrote a letter saying I will not be back . But I do like Teagan at the walk in she kind and considerate not rushy and assuming and doing unnecessary tests.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The nurse ( I am sorry I forgot her name) and PA Tarbell were both kind and helpful. PA Tarbell worked with me to find a solution to my concerns meaning she did not talk down to me and allowed me to have a say in my treatment. PA Tarbell went the extra mile and helped me find a pharmacy that was still open to fill the prescription that night. I don't have a Primary and wished that I could have made her mine but that isn't possible in a walk-in clinic. I appreciated this all. I also appreciate the help the lady at the front desk gave me (sorry I don't know her name). It was busy and she still took time to answer questions I had about the charges.

Teagan is absolutely wonderful! I had a problem with my first antibiotics but when I called and explained to Teagan what was going on she was super helpful and got me a new prescription right away! I always get the best care from her!

Teagan and her staff were very friendly and welcoming. We waited no longer than 5 minutes to be seen at the walk-in clinic! Very impressive!

The walk-in was absolutely filthy. There were used tissues all over the chairs in the waiting room.

I've seen two actual Doctors in the last year and she was the only one to actually make me feel like someone cared and the first one to actually fully examine my issue and my underlying issues!! Thank you!

Physician was good. The HUGE problem is that the sample that was collected to be sent out was broken and there was not enough specimen to test. Mind you it’s not something that can be collected again.

Good experience. Listened to my symptoms, took them seriously and helped with solutions. Great follow up with two phone calls to update me on test results and advice on how to treat symptoms. I did not receive printed instructions when I checked out and I did not receive information regarding online access to my account (if that is available). I am not a permanent resident to the area and appreciated that I was able to be seen even though I do not have a local provider

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She is very kind, listened to what I had to say. Explained things to me especially why I should or shouldn’t take a med for how I was feeling. She suggested other things to do which I was already doing. I decided to hang in and continue on with what I was doing already. I would give her a ten!

When someone comes in to be seen. Stop choosing what you want to treat and treat all problems. This medical facility is growing worse by the day. Very disappointed in this facility.
