I feel very comfortable with Dr. Millana and his entire staff. I felt hesitant after Dr. Islam left but after dealing with Dr. Millana these last two years I have every confidence in him.

Dr. Melania seems to be very personable. He was willing to answer our questions. Sometimes a physician will give you the impression he is in a hurry, but not Dr. Mellania.

Appropriate question led to meaningful discussions covering the important aspects of my medical needs. There was not much sitting around or wasting time. I felt as though my needs and concerns carried as much weight and were valued as deeply as Beth’s time. Something often overlooked by practitioners who see themselves as devine interlocutors.

My mom had a loop recorder put in. I wish someone would have included me in the conversation after the procedure. I was in the waiting room waiting for follow up information. My mom is [age] & doesn't always comprehend information provided.

They are completely open and transparent in their communications with me. Sometimes you have to request it, but they are always very responsive and helpful, especially when I had questions about my pacemaker.
