I really like Beth she is very respectful to me as a person she explains things to me in the form that I can understand not always medical forms but the way I understand what's going on she takes the time to listen and answer all my questions she's very concerned about my health and I like that I would recommend anyone to her if you have any kind of heart problems or pacemaker problems she's always right there to answer

She is very good at what she does she explains everything well so I can understand what she's talking about not always medical terms more person to person terms to the very helpful she's very polite always takes the time to listen to what I have to say or how I feel I'm very impressed with her look forward to seeing her again in a year

I have always appreciated all the staff at the heart and vascular clinic, and espicially Brett and Beth. They have provided good, friendly care for me.

If by "this provider" you mean Beth, specifically, I would tell people she's knowledgeable, personable and does her best to deal with the issue at hand. I would also say that a PA or NP will give more attention to explaining in detail what the patient wants/needs to know than the doc will. New this visit was the use of AI to record data of the visit. That is a mixed bag: Good that Beth isn't always having to stop to type in what's being covered. However, I read the after-visit notes and I'm a little creeped out about the "bot" noting things that it didn't need to know or record.

As of now I see her once a year for a checkup, she’s very thorough & friendly.

I would tell them I love them all, from the receptionist to Beth, but especially Beth. She always answered my questions, usually with some follow up points. Most recently I asked if there was something cheaper than Eliquis and she told me there was a good one that was she even called the pharmacy to see how much it was. It was so much cheaper. I should’ve hugged her I was that excited. Did I say she always asks me a lot of questions? Each person who works there exudes a caring spirit. Beth has a great Team, She is the very best.
