She is professional, very courteous and friendly, and cares about my health. I was taken in to her office without delay; I only sat in the waiting room for about 2 minutes, then was taken in to the exam room and my history was updated immediately. I am glad I found this provider and would recommend her to anyone with cardiac issues.

I would tell them that her in-office care is excellent, but her follow-up is nonexistent. There was a decision to be made that needed Dr. Esan’s input regarding whether to insert a new loop recorder or just remove the old one. She was to call me the next day regarding the decision. I got no call from her that day or any other day. A week later I did get a call from the office’s scheduler to tell me my procedure had been scheduled. I had to ask her which procedure she was referring to. That put both the scheduler and me in very bad positions. I’m no okay with that type of medical care.

This was one of the best appointments I’ve had lately in the medical area regarding timeliness. I met with three medical professionals and each one was on time within minutes, no waiting forever to see anyone. A very pleasant experience.
