They are completely open and transparent in their communications with me. Sometimes you have to request it, but they are always very responsive and helpful, especially when I had questions about my pacemaker.

She is knowledgeable and helpful usually. We had a little te- to- te last year when she refused to help me with a bp med problem stating it was no longer the practice policy to prescribe when she had promised at my in- person checkup that she would help me.

Brette is always prepared to see me. She answers any questions I ask and explains the answers. She always recognizes me. She tells me results of my tests before I leave.
