It’s hard to get an appointment in a timely manner.. I find that annoying when it’s heart health we’re talking about. Also when it’s for routine and timely rechecks. It simply takes too long to get an appointment . E.g. when I’m due in September and the scheduler tells me January. Not good.

My provider was friendly and put me at ease right away. She asked pertinent questions and explained results in easy to understand language. She caught that one of my prescriptions was needing to be refilled . I feel listened to and attended to when I leave the office when I see Brett

They are completely open and transparent in their communications with me. Sometimes you have to request it, but they are always very responsive and helpful, especially when I had questions about my pacemaker.

She is knowledgeable and helpful usually. We had a little te- to- te last year when she refused to help me with a bp med problem stating it was no longer the practice policy to prescribe when she had promised at my in- person checkup that she would help me.
