He is very blunt about the negative effects of the procedure. He did not really explain the benefits. He is very knowledgeable and listens to the patient.

We have every confidence in the doctor and his staff. He is on time- not a lot of waiting- and takes his time to listen and share. I am very satisfied with the care he gives me!

Receptionist could be more friendly, greeting or talkative at the Bay City location. Dr is very friendly and nice. Content with his expertise. Office did not fit me in at primary request time for a follow up apt after hospital d/c. Even the [date] appt, we were called to push back 2 hrs then that scheduled time. So, that could be worked on.

The Doctor is great. Staff communicates poorly. X-ray and blood work ordered. After talking to the Doc, I thought they needed to be done as soon as possible. Wrong, Doc's office called and said services done too quickly before scheduled surgery. Told I would have to get tests run again 2 weeks before surgery. This is very unacceptable! So many unanswered questions. Will insurance cover repeated diagnostic tests or will I have to financially pay for the incompetence of the staff. Do I need a new order to get tests redone.

Dr. Melliana seems nice, but my appointment felt like a waste of time especially for the three plus hour drive to see him. The appointment itself felt hurried (less than three minutes with him), and I was given no new information or asked any real questions about what I’ve been dealing with.

Dr. Mellena is a well qualified heart doctor and I feel very fortunate to have had him take care of my heart issues with afib and then the ablation. He was on top of things and responded to any question and concerns that I had. I hope that if I have any issues in the future that I will be able to have him take care of me.
