My mom had a loop recorder put in. I wish someone would have included me in the conversation after the procedure. I was in the waiting room waiting for follow up information. My mom is [age] & doesn't always comprehend information provided.

staff very friendly. Lacey explained things in terms that we could understand. She made me feel like I was the most important person in the office and did not seem to be in a hurry to leave. She answered all questions and made sure we understood before she left the room.
