What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Good experience. Listened to my symptoms, took them seriously and helped with solutions. Great follow up with two phone calls to update me on test results and advice on how to treat symptoms. I did not receive printed instructions when I checked out and I did not receive information regarding online access to my account (if that is available). I am not a permanent resident to the area and appreciated that I was able to be seen even though I do not have a local provider
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She is very kind, listened to what I had to say. Explained things to me especially why I should or shouldn’t take a med for how I was feeling. She suggested other things to do which I was already doing. I decided to hang in and continue on with what I was doing already. I would give her a ten!

The nurse practitioner was very thorough, she knew what she was talking about Kept me calm and very understanding. She would be a wonderful dr to see at the walk in clinic.

Lorraine cares for her patients; she listens carefully, answers any questions, and provides excellent recommendations for future care. I highly recommend . She is a true healer.

When someone comes in to be seen. Stop choosing what you want to treat and treat all problems. This medical facility is growing worse by the day. Very disappointed in this facility.

Went to walk in clinic for bronchitis. Wait time was fairly long (about 2 hours) but not unexpected for a walk in clinic. I am comfortable going to this clinic again if needed

Teagan was very respectful of my concerns about my health. I didn’t feel rushed & she answered all my questions. Her staff at the clinic were very efficient & respectful as well

The care and exam were good. However there was absolutely NO follow through. A strep test with 2 swabs was completed. The rapid was negative but we were told a culture would be sent to the lab. After no results posted to her chart and my child still being ill with a high fever I called. Apparently it was NEVER sent over to the lab. Very disappointed and I will not be back regardless of the provider.
P.A. Tarbell is an excellent representative of the Sault Saint Marie clinic. As senior travelers we are grateful for community services that are easily accessible when health challenges pop up away from home. She listened carefully, asked relevant questions, treated the problem and gave us info on appropriate follow up.

As out-of-staters w/an unexpected need for aid we were pleasantly surprised at the quick, efficient and trouble-free assistance at the clinic. Office staff, interview nurse and Teagan Tarbell are excellent representatives of your organization.
Teagan was pleasant and listened to my history. She answered my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I felt very confident in her diagnosis of my issue.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was traveling & needed to be seen regarding a persistent cough. I was happy to find the facility. Everyone I met was helpful, courteous & knowledgeable. Tracee was the receptionist. The nurse, whose name, I don’t recall, took a thorough history & updated my computer file. Teagan was very pleasant listened to my history & ordered a chest x-ray.. Chris, the x-ray tech was able to do the x-ray quickly. After Teagan reviewed the x-ray, she determined the beginnings of a left lower lobe pneumonia.. She instructed me on other over-the-counter medication’s to continue & to completely finish the antibiotics & use my albuterol inhaler as prescribed. As far as I could tell, I was the only patient & I was treated politely and expeditiously. I think my total stay was less than an hour. Teagan also explained where the closest pharmacy was, as did the nurse, & received antibiotics quickly. My journey continued knowing I would not be contagious for a family visit—2 of whom are immune compromised.

Lorraine Land was very practical in her approach she helped me understand the symptoms and diagnosis and how the treatment would go. She carefully consider my questions.

It was terrible and a waste of time. I pretty much told them at checking in I had Covid I’m here to get a script for Paxlovid. You think the nurse would have took blood for the renal screen and their Covid test at the same time they took my temp and blood pressure. That probably would have saved an hour of my miserable wait to receive nothing. Teagan was nice but she needs better staff to support her
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Was a great experience. I was visiting out of State and needed to see someone right away. I walked in, was seen right away, had c-rays done, and given results. Extremely pleased with all staff involved.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She listens and show compassion. She tried to follow up multiple time with me within 24 hours…we kept missing each other but she never gave up. She responded to my lab results within less then 24 hours. Highly professional and would recommend her to others.
