Even on a very busy day with extra out of town foot traffic at the clinic from the race in town, Hailey was professional, kind, considerate, compassionate, patient, inquisitive, and did a great job listening and explaining in a way that made me feel respected and valued.

We are always happy to get Rachel. She is excellent. She listens to us, explains everything so that we can understand. We are. Everyone at the Community Csre have been excellent. Hailey, Lorraine, and Rachel are all top notch. Great job at the Walk-in My Michigan

Hailey is at the community care clinic. I wish she was my primary care physician Hailey is very through. She listens and has a great manner with her patients. She is very good with children as well as adults. A+ for Hailey

She’s honest. If it’s not her specialty she tells you what to do to get the answers. It’s important to be honest. People have respect for providers that are.

The day I went to the walk-in clinic there were a lot of people in the lobby. Staff got everyone through quickly and the wait time was shorter than expected.

She was very authentic with her concern. We didn’t feel like just names on a list but felt truly cared for. I would recommend Hailey to anyone in my family or friends.

She was very nice and knowledgeable about [NAME]’s sickness. She calmly helped me understand it and gave peace of mind about it. She was also very good with [NAME] and helped keep him calm when he didn’t know what was going on and didn’t feel good. I would love to have her as our doctor again.

Everyone at the walk in clinic was awesome. Hailey is an amazing PA and was very thorough. Always got back to me in my portal as soon as tests were completed to give me an update. My Michigan Sault is very lucky to have her.

My symptoms were incorrectly/incomplete in my chart, even though the SAME symptoms were said to the provider and the tech. I was told certain tests were going to be ran, none of said tests were ran. Instead, an unmentioned test to confirm the rapid results was completed.

Very courteous, caring and efficient. I would highly recommend this facility. I was visiting my daughter from out of town when I became ill. This visit was very professional and helpful.

Hailey was great, so was the rest of the staff. I was listened to and treated well. I was given a flu test and Covid test, both which were negative. I expressed that isn't atypical for me. I think this is due to a lack of mucous for proper testing. I do wish a nasal spray or asking me to blow my nose prior had been done, because I continued to have a high fever for several days after.

I walked in for treatment. Allison was readily available, professional and knowledgeable. I would seek treatment at the walk-in clinic again. Receptionist Maddie was helpful and congenial. I got right in.

I was disheartened by the dismissiveness and lack of respect shown to me. I understand we all have difficult days, but this was not an acceptable interaction. Ms. Land made assumptions that I was seeking some type of outcome that I was not (likely that I was a patient thinking incorrectly that antibiotics would help a viral infection, which was not the case nor something I would have accepted if offered). I was seeking help for an irritated airway and before she evaluated (even before listening to breathing or symptoms) me she told me what I had was "normal congestion" and begrudgingly prescribed me an inhaler. Ms. Land rolled her eyes twice in our visit. When I remained calm and warm to her despite this, only then did she soften slightly but still was dismissive and abrupt. I sought another opinion elsewhere & was diagnosed with viral-induced asthma. I enjoy this clinic and their staff is excellent, but I would not engage in treatment with Ms. Land again or allow my children to.
