Dr. Hughes always has the patient’s best interest at heart. He has been with me on my MS journey from the very beginning and I would not be living the life I live without him as my neurologist. Coming to him was the best decision I could have ever made! Dr. Hughes and his staff saved my life!

I had a lot of questions and some concerns. She listened and let me know that my main concern wasn't having an effect on the medicine I was taking. She let me know that it was something that my primary care would monitor. While I understand that it doesn't sound good to hear "that is something we don't monitor but your primary care will". Not sure the neurology provider is really listening. MS involves the whole body. Taking medicine for MS is very scary and the whole patient needs to be considered.

My experience with Dr Jorgensen has been great. He is kind and I feel like he truly cares. He listens and isn’t dismissive of patient concerns.

Dr. Kohout is incredible! He’s respectful andvery caring. He always “checks” in with me regarding my family, and also my physical and mental health. I never feel rushed. I wish he could give a lecture on bedside manners to other doctors!

Dr Alireza has been invaluable in helping me get my migraines under control. It took some time and variable medications to try, but he was patient and kind. He and his nurses take time to listen to what you need and how best to help you.

The student was very mindful of my situation and did wonderful asking and listening to me about it. The Doctor, on the other hand, did not ask questions, did not explain anything at all to me and barely even spoke to me. When I showed him my concern and the area of my injury that was most concerning he said nothing nor did he focus anywhere near such area. He was not gentle over the most painful area of my injury either in any way.
