Doctor was very honest with me. Advising the best follow up care I can get with Iowa City Hospital or the Mayo Clinic.

According to the staff at Mercy One, she didn’t pass along the information to get my infusion started. The staff wasn’t able to reach the Doctor by phone. So instead of an hour and a half procedure, it took 3 hours. I was very disappointed.

I wish the process for testing, etc and diagnosis was quicker but I know much is out of the dr control with pre-certs, etc. I also appreciate that she is on time and she, as well as her team, are professional, kind and compassionate.
