My wait time prior to my appointments has improved. I wish he would read my chart or remember me more. When we are talking sometimes, he doesn’t seem to talk like he knows me. Other than I get Botox injections every 3 months. I understand I don’t see him regularly but I’ve I’ve been a patient for

I have been seeing Dr Jacoby since January 24, 2000 when I suffered a massive stroke. He has taken excellent care of me!

Dr Jacoby always makes time to listen to my questions or problems. Within his area of practice, I feel like he will do anything he can do to help on a way that is best suited for me need. He is especially kind and is open to try new things! Thank you doc!!

Dr. Jacoby is very personable and easy to talk to. My concern is that it's difficult for me to accurately tell him how poor my husband's memory and confusion is with my husband sitting there. I don't want to hurt his feelings. It would be good if I could meet with Dr Jacoby to get some questions answered and hear what he has to say, without my husband present. Or is it possible to email back and forth?

The problem was not my ears, though he did get some nasty wax out of my right ear ! Determined that it’s my jaw giving me the pain which affects my ears !
