It may be time for Dr Puricelli to retire. The unspoken message I got from him was, "don't waste my time on your piddley once every 1 1/2 months migraines." He had no interest in my history or symptoms.

Would to request another dr in the group we will not go back to Puricelli.

I have been a patient of Dr. Puricelli for many years. This is the worst experience I have had with him and in the office in my whole time as a patient!

We are happy with Dr Puricelli and would recommend him to everyone who needs a neurologist

I am beyond disgusted at my most recent appointment. His lack of bedside manner and care is deeply concerning, and he does not listen to any concerns and this is not the first negative experience. I have been stuck seeing him for a few years and every time is the same.

Doesn’t explain anything.

I wouldn't recommend this Dr to my worst enemy. I never want to interact with him ever again. He didn't care about me or what was wrong. Wanted to throw drugs at my problem without caring about why I was there or what my issue was.

While I've always found the front desk folks more than pleasant, I have to give a one-star review (ONLY because zero stars is not an option) to Dr. Puricelli. The man is dismissive, condescending, and downright rude. He was rude not only to me, but to my wife, cutting her off mid-sentence as she tried to ask a question. This happened multiple times. He has been dismissive of my other diagnoses- "If that's what it is," implying that the diagnoses is most likely incorrect because he didn't make the diagnosis. He has tried to prescribe medications and then gotten upset with me when I questioned whether or not they should be taken with my current meds. If I was able to get in as a patient at McFarland Clinic, I would seek my care there.

Ive been going here for a year and frankly i feel like the doctors answers is to just increase my medication nor listen to me. Im truly disappointed.

Dr. Puricelli did not use alcohol prep on the back of my head and neck during my botox injection. He did wipe my forehead with alcohol but that was it.

Always a pleasant experience

Didn’t last more than 20 minutes with the Physician in the room. He didn’t give me any pain relief for my onset migraine headache I had there. Tried issuing me medication I’ve already been on which never worked. All he said was “what do you want me to give you because I don’t know what else to prescribe”. Then a previous appointment he proscribed prostration and later I got a call to discontinue because I had bad heart rhythm and cluster headache didn’t go away. From November 2024 to march 2025, I wasn’t in anything and had to seek oxygen therapy at my clinic for pain relief. He said I had migraines not cluster headaches as my pcp insisted I have.. but nothing for migraines has ever minimized my pain symptoms besides oxygen!
