My appt was at 3:30 arrived at 3:15 per office. Sat in exam room from 3:30 til 3:50 before I was told dr running late. Fire alarm goes off. No staff came to check or let me know situation. I walked to front reception for info.back to room seen dr at 4:14.

My only regret is that we can't see the doctor more often. I know there is a huge demand. I also really apprpeciate that Dr. Schmolke understands the issues of West Nile which are a complicating factor in our siutation. I am grateful that we stumbled into the practice of a person who couldn't be better fitted for understanding our issues.
