Dr Jeffrey Smith was very kind, understanding, willing to answer my questions, had a sense of humor, discussed my situation thoroughly so I understood, gave suggestions that could rectify my problem. I was very pleased with Dr Smith - excellent "bedside manner." Your medical group is blessed having Dr Smith on your team.

I honestly cannot say in my over twenty years of being a type one diabetic that any o b g y n doctor has ever taken me seriously, and actually investigated p c o s instead of just telling me that my periods were irregular due to being a type one diabetic. Both the physician assistant and the doctor as well as the nurse that took me in beforehand and even down to the people that checked me in & out - they spent so much time with me. The doctor and physician assistant and nurse that got my information and handled the actual appointment gave me almost a 1/2 hour of time. They went through a lot of personal intimate details and feelings and emotions attached to this kind of diagnosis. And the realization that I might not be able to have children, a lot of tough decisions were made, and a plan was set forth. And I took the time at the end of the appointment to really tell them. Hey, this has been one of the most incredible experiences. I feel Heard, I feel like I have safety & trust in you to do what's best for me. And you're working so urgently, so that I get relief sooner. I would recommend this to any woman. Actually, I would try my best to convince them that they need to see this doctor if they want to finally find a provider that they will never want to leave this outstanding care & empathy. As someone who's been through literally thousands of doctors' appointments in my 22 years of having many coexisting conditions, this has been one that I'll never forget. Exceptional!!!! Life changing answers I had needed for so long. I cried in the car cause of the relief of feeling heard. & being taken seriously. I hope I never move away from this area..I would probably commute up to an hour or more if it meant getting to keep this doc /facility

I was very nervous going in for this Pap smear because the provider I had (Kim [last name]) left so trying with this new provider Mrs. Jocelyn APRN had me anxious but she made me feel better and it was as if Kim never left. Thank you for taking my fears away. I have already referred her to my friends and family.

I actually was considering leaving Lee Physician Group and looking for an Ob/Gyn doc outside of Lee. So glad I gave it one more chance. I am very happy to be under Dr Cesario's excellent care.
