I had an excellent visit with Dr. Lones yesterday. She demonstrated remarkable patience, understanding, and active listening throughout our appointment. I wish I could pin point one, but every single person I encountered at the LPG was EXCEPTIONAL. Between Front desk reception, Ultrasound, the medical assistants , DR & Midwives I was taken care of beyond belief, the kindness and laughs I shared & Knowledge I received from LPG was beyond OUTSTANDING.

Lones was such a delight to deal with. She was knowledgeable, caring and intelligent. She makes you feel so comfortable. I had 100 questions for her and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will definitely refer friends/family. We need more medical professionals like her.

Dr Lones was great! She answered every question I had. She made sure to over my entire chart while doing so she realized at my last appointment that we missed a conversation about having to take some [ ]. I was very grateful to have her as my doctor that visit. She spent all the time I needed I did not feel rushed. Thank you for your amazing work dr Lones I hope to have you for my delivery.

Dr. Lones Makau was excellent in explaining my current condition and how it happens and tips to prevent it. She really took her time to explain the process on how to get better.

The customer service rep at check in, medical assistant, provider and the check out rep were all very professional and friendly…. During the time at check out when asked if I wanted to schedule my next appointments with the same provider by the rep, I told her yes. However did not appreciate the supervisor Mary telling the rep ‘it doesn’t matter you can schedule her with any midwife they share patients all the time’, thank God for the rep acknowledging respecting my request as the patient and scheduled me with the same provider like I did ask.

Lines was absolutely amazing and truly cared about my experience. After being treated rather poorly by the staff who called to cancel my 36 week appointment the day of and could not offer me another appointment, she was extremely caring and did what she could to help fix the situation. I had to beg for an appointment from the person who called me and felt incredibly uncared for by the staff on the phone.

Dr Lones Makau made me feel completely taken care of, as if I was family. I really appreciated her candor and advice. I will be happy if she is the one to deliver my baby.

Mrs Lones was amazing. As for the front desk staff they were not as friendly as you would think and did not talk loud enough to understand. They seemed scared to interact with any of the patients.

Midwife Lones was great and comfort me about all my worries that came at ease after having a visit with her. She also informed on my lab results and helped me out on want to do with my iron.
