That was the most incredible GYN visit I have ever had. The medical assistant was efficient, professional and very nice. The MD was amazing. I walked out feeling confident in the care and hopeful about my health.

Dr. Wykes is an extraordinary physician. She listens with empathy, makes me feel seen and supported, and never makes me feel invisible as a postmenopausal woman. She has helped improve my sleep and overall health, while also guiding me through the stigma and fear surrounding HRT with compassion and confidence. Thanks to her care, I feel vibrant, validated, and empowered in my emotional, physical, and sexual well-being. I'm deeply grateful for the way she cares for her patients. She has truly changed my quality of life.

I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Rachel Wykes and she was absolutely incredible. She listened to all of my concerns And was very open to discussing everything. She is 10 out of 10 top notch!!

Dr. Wykes, her assistant, and the front desk staff were all outstanding. I wasn't feeling well during my visit as I was recovering from a cold, and Dr. Wykes showed genuine kindness and compassion throughout.Since my first visit, my quality of life has improved significantly. She truly listened, demonstrated deep knowledge about menopause, and provided the care I needed. Thanks to her expertise, I've experienced less fatigue, reduced anxiety, fewer aches, and a noticeable boost in motivation.She is truly a godsend, and I am deeply grateful for the care she has provided. The entire team is consistently kind, attentive, and supportive at every visit. Thank you, Dr. Wykes and staff

I must recognize Dr. Wykes! Dr. Wykes is a very rare and special doctor. Ageism is a real thing, even in the medical community. When the answer is usually, "It's normal for your age....", why bother with seeking intervention; visiting a doctor rarely solves the problem when more weight is placed on the age of the patient versus the concern. However, Dr. Wykes takes a genuine interest In me and listens to the details. She "sees" me and my needs fully! More than that, her Infectious enthusiasm for my health care needs helps me live more fully at my age. INVALUABLE! I waited 8 months to see Dr. Wykes but I KNEW she was worth the wait for all the reasons I mentioned before. I left my appointment so happy that I waited and did not find another doctor.

Dr. Wykes is always very compassionate and listens extremely well. She will talk through options as long as is necessary to answer my questions. Dr. Wykes is also up to date on the latest study findings and medications.

Dr. Wykes!!! Where has she been my whole life?? She showed true compassion towards me. She listened intentionally. She provided options and allowed questions for clarification. She encouraged me to participate in decision making. Her passion for helping women going thru menopause is remarkable and she needs to be recognized for her outstanding patient care!! Lee Health should be utilizing her more to help educate PCPs on menopause and treatment options so women also not have to go thru horrible experiences for years. Her knowledge and expertise needs to be shared and in fact should be shared!!

Dr. Wykes is an amazing physician, probably the best I've ever met. She has empathy, she listens. She's incredibly knowledgeable and I was able to have a discussion about my issues without her having to consult a chart, notes, an iPad, etc. I wish I'd found her years ago. Too bad you can't clone her because we need more women's health physicians just like her.

Tisha in the office is excellent. Responsive, positive, great communication. The telehealth support team members are excellent. We had a few challenges getting connected successfully and everyone worked well and responsively to resolve the issue and reschedule my appointment. It�s not always the absence of a challenge, it�s the team commitment to resolving it that builds strong relationships. I feel valued and that everyone prioritizes good outcomes.
