The first person I spoke to in check in was outstanding; very polite and helpful. The care with Dr Smith is the best. He is so smart and thorough. He's honest and truly a caring person. I very much admire how he takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I never wanted a male doctor but to be honest, he's the best one I've ever had. He's super gentle and his bedside manners shows he cares about his patients mental and physical health. This is a surgery I don't want to have, but I feel confident in putting my trust in Dr Smith. His staff are equally polite with good bedside manners. And they're always cheerful and happy to answer questions.

Dianna was very reassuring and helpful. Brooke was very polite and had a sense of humor. The young African American woman wearing a mask ( I'm sorry not to have gotten her name) who checked me in and helped me with a consent form was exceptionally helpful and very carefull in helping me make a decision about how much information would be shared.

The medical assistant, Diana was so sweet and friendly. She set a nice tone for my visit with Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith is incredible thorough and patient with all of my questions and concerns. He's very delicate, but still honest with sensitive news which is incredible appreciated after going through a previous loss. The whole team has been wonderful, including the nurses that follow up with phone calls and messages.

Dr. Smith, was incredibly professional, and for the first time in MANY years, i did not felt rushed; I felt heard and he took notes while I was explaining things to him. He actually took the time to read my file before seeing me and spoke to the nurse as well.

Excellent communication between myself and doctor. Doctor Smith answered my questions and explained all findings in detail. We discussed options for care and treatment and proceeded with scheduling necessary tests,etc. i was very satisfied.
