Dr Phan was the first doctor that I have seen in many years that actually sat down, listened to my symptoms and concerns and seemed like she cared to help me get to the bottom of things. It’s a shame all doctors aren’t like her. If my primary was like her I’m sure I’d be in better shape. Dr. Phan was amazing and I would highly recommend her. I can’t say enough good about her

Of all my appointments this was the first one that I wasn’t waiting 30-40 minutes to see the provider after being roomed! Kudos to Dr Phan for staying timely and still ensuring she answered all my questions.

Overall, my experience is always exceptional. From the receptionist there are always friendly and helpful to them nurses that bring me into the room and take my vitals. They’re all so caring and sweet. I appreciate how caring the doctor is and how understanding of my experience and symptoms.

Dr Phan was absolutely amazing. I did find it frustrating at the front desk. There were times I stood there while they finished their personal conversations. I did not find them friendly, I felt like I was bothering them everytime I went in the office.

Dr Phan is my favorite. Her nurses are amazing. Always going above and beyond to help me. Front desk was also very helpful.

Dr.Phan is such an amazing provider. She is so kind and sweet. She never makes you feel rushed. She always explains everything and goes over all my questions. She’s never made me feel like my questions were a bother to her. This will now be my second baby with this provider. And I’m specifically requesting her for delivery as she made the first experience so much easier. I genuinely trust her so much. And she’s a super special person to our family. Hope she gets the thank you she deserves!

Dr. Phan is so kind and understanding . She is on time and her bedside manner is “ THE BEST “. Her assistant , Grace , is also extremely caring and kind . Grace prepared me for everything that could possibly help me and answered all my questions . They work together as an awesome team .

i HAVE ONLY SEEN DR PHAN TWICE IN TWO YEARS, BUT I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HER. HER FRIENDLYNESS AND LISTENING SKILLS ARE OFF THE CHARTS, EVEN HIGHER THE EXCELLENT! SHE MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE RIGHT AWAY AND IS VERY PERSONALABLE.

My experience with Dr. Phan and her staff was excellent from checking in for the appointment to checking out of the office. The front desk staff is friendly, very helpful, and efficient. Nurse Natalia was knowledgeable, kind, and caring, and Dr. Phan had a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Phan took time to listen, answered any questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable. I feel I had an excellent exam from Dr. Phan.
