The front desk representative was very helpful and pleasant when I checked in. I really like Tracie. She is very kind. She explains issues in a way that is easy to understand. She goes over available options for my issues. She asks for my feedback in the decisionmaking process. That means a lot to mean.

Heather was outstanding in every aspect. I have come to expect that from her and everyone in the office. I am never disappointed in the care or professionalism that I get when I have an appointment with Heather. She hasn’t always had good news for me. But I’ve never doubted That she cares about me and my Health. I would recommend that practice to anyone seeking medical care. I feel like I am healthier because I’ve seen her and she is providing my care.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel comfortable short time later Vanessa the assistant to the physician came and got me very timely manner right about my appointment time brought me in the back made me feel comfortable made me feel that she was interested in what I had to say and my my vital signs very professional very professional and then a few moments later Dr sylva walked in and she sat down and she talked to me like she was talking to a friend she found out about my history she found out what I was doing there and she proposed her recommendations as to where to proceed from there and wait for other tests to come back before contemplating the [ ] as to what we were going to do next so that's how my visit went thank you
