At check-in, David was very welcoming. Jodi was friendly when i went back. Heather listened to the reason I was there and provided a plan for treatment. Didn't feel rushed. She was very kind. Lisandra and Jodi worked to get us an upcoming appt. Cinthia and the lady she was training were very helpful and friendly. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional.

David at check-in was very friendly. Jodi was very kind and personable. Heather made me feel very comfortable and listened to the reason I was there. Was very easy to talk to. Jodi and Lisandra were great getting colonoscopy scheduled. Cinthia and lady she was training at checkout very nice and helpful on setting up next appt.

Heather Holfinger is an outstanding nurse practitioner. She took her time, explained every detail completely, answered all our questions and made certain we understood every aspect of the physical issues I was having.

First visit with Tito. Very impressed!He focused on newer medications and explained the benefits as well as potential side effects. He recognized from my chart that my issues had been ongoing for decades, and did not regurgitate history.

The medical tech, Alna (not exactly sure of her name) was friendly and pleasant. She was careful to enter the correct information we provided. PA Tito was very informative and made concepts easy to understand. He demonstrated an ease in bedside manner. He was helpful. Thank you.

Doc, Velasquez is an excellent care giver. Explains everything and ask questions to make sure I understand, because iam having a little bit of memory lost. Iam 75 years young. There young lady that was training the new staff. She was helping 2 new workers at the same time with training, excellent work.

This is the first time that I saw the PA. It's a doctors office G.I. department. It was a beautiful office. It was their third day in the office. They had a beautiful view, but more than anything. In a long time. I haven't met such nice staff every one of them attentive. The doctor looked you in the eye talk to you expressed his feelings, allowed me time to express mine took great time with me and understanding and listening to what I felt and things that needed done for my Care made me feel like a person instead of a number I appreciated the nurse came in afterwards so thorough and sweet and kind. These are the kind of doctors we need in our medical field. I could tell each and every one of them really care about what they do and that shows and how I feel about them.
