Lee Health physicians are showing excellence to me, the Lee Health MyChart keeps physicians organized and patients organized very well on the level it's meant to provide assistance to everyone involved, and it is very functional in protecting my health.

He was very interested in what I had going on, took his time and truly made me feel more confident of his knowledge. Never met a GI doctor previously who was so passionate and made me very comfortable discussing a tender subject.

Tito is amazing. Took a lot of time with me. Excellent communicator and very knowledgeable and kind. David Wade at front desk is so friendly and empathetic. Love this practice team.

Tito is outstanding. He listens to understand and answers questions so I can understand. He spends the time to reassure me in a compassion way. He will have a bright careen ahead with many satisfied patients.

Everyone I came into contact with was extremely polite & helpful & very friendly. I was impressed!!It was a pleasure meeting w/Tito Velasquez PA & I told him so. He took his time explaining answers to my questions & didn't make me feel rushed. I would highly recommend this practice.

Tito was amazing!! Very easy to talk to. He explains everything in detail. He is amazing. The girls that work there are the sweetest ever . Very kind very compassionate very caring. The nurse beyond friendly, caring, compassionate kind, and considerate. I just love this office. Everyone is just great and amazing.

The office staff is amazing whether in person or through the patient portal. Tito Velasquez, P.A. Is amazing! He Is passionate about his patients care. Taking the time to explain the next steps and WHY In plain language! Also, helped find low cost options for my meds, I am so thankful that I found this gastroenterology practice and the he is my care provider.

Tito is an extraordinary medical professional. He is up to date on the latest research and communicates effectively. He genuinely cares for his patients. The nursing assistant, Diana was also a caring, professional staff member. She initiated my visit and made me feel comfortable. I hope both staff members are able to see these comments. Also the staff decorated a tree in the lobby with patriotic ornamentation. That was very special!

The PA, Tito Velasquez, was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I had complete confidence in his assessments and would be happy to see him again. As well, the check-in desk, the nurse who took my vitals and the woman who checked me out were all top-notch. My compliments to Lee Health.

PA Tito Velasquez is extremely thorough in his analysis and explanation of each step in the process of treating my condition. He should be considered a treasure to the practice.
