I love how staff introduced themselves by first first thing! Because of previous experience I was concerned about getting a new Doctor for my gastrointestinal issues. I felt SO comfortable with Dr. Jacob's! He listened to all my concerns, asked questions I hadn't thought to ask him, came up with a reasonable treatment plan as well as asked me if I felt it was acceptable. The entire experience, office staff, wonderful MA, Kenya, and Dr Jacobs made me walking out happy and fulfilled. Thank you!!

So glad to actually see a doctor. Dr Jacobs was friendly, took time to hear my issues and described procedure he would be performing. He also was able to get me admitted quickly.

Dr Jacob's is great! Answered all of my questions, even ones my pcp should have been able to answer for me. You can hire several more gastroenterologists like him! He is Great

Dr Jacobs is kind, considerate and interested in my health conditions. My first Impression of him is highly favorable. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Kenya his assistant is pleasant and efficient. The greeting staff were great.
