Dr. Concepcion is an outstanding physician. I am so sorry he is retiring from medicine. I have had Type 1 diabetes for 50 years. I had a single practioner at.U of Penn for 42 years and now Dr. Concepcion. I credit both of these M.D.'s for me health. I am going to miss him very much. To date, no complications from diabetes. Thanks to their wonderful.care and my diligence.
