I was very happy with the front desk and exit desk staff, both were friendly and courteous! The nurse/medical assistant was a pleasure to deal with. Dr Concepcion has great “bedside manner”, talkative, and is a very funny man! Thank you all for a pleasant experience!

The medical assistant who began my visit was excellent - competant and friendly. Dr. Concepcion is very good. He is competant, warm and friendly. He does not rush through the appointment and goes over everything relavant completely. My only concern is the length of time it takes me to see him again. For a [ ], 6 - 7 months between visits is TOO LONG. I saw him on [ ] and my next appointment is [ ]!

Victoria the nurse was very efficient and helpful in getting me ready to meet with Dr Concepcion. Although this was my first meeting with Dr Concepcion he listened to my history and he demonstrated true interest in helping me. We discussed my medications and together we discussed a follow-up plan. He seemed pleasant and someone I look forward to working with.

When I first entered the building they wanted to help me right away told me where to go where the elevators were and what floor when I get on the second floor to the doctor's office the ladies in the front office took care of me almost immediately she was training somewhere else at the same time and I thought it was very professional the way she did it when they call me to go get my [ ] and then took me to the room to get all the information in my medications about my [ ] the nurse very professional the doctor came in to talk with me and look at my lab work explain to me everything and that was very happy with the results he took time he took time to examine my body on while I sat on the table and then I lay down and he tested my [ ] checked my feet see if I felt anything from there we talk some more but my [ ] and I was very satisfied nothing was done fast everyone was respectful and.
