I’m writing this as the daughter of a patient of this LPG Endocrinology practice. I accompany my mother to her appointments due to her cognition and complicated medical history. Thank you, Julissa, for starting the appointment off on a friendly, professional, and positive note. You have a wonderful and calming demeanor. Dr. Concepcion, thank you for your expertise coupled with a genuine concern for your patients. You truly listen to your patients (and family members) and go the extra mile in completion of a thorough assessment. It is the best feeling to be able to trust in a physician, the medical plan and subsequent counseling.

This office is run with professionalism to the highest degree! Medical Assistant, Julissa is super friendly, kind and caring! As for Dr. Concepcion, he goes above and beyond to be certain that you fully understand your plan of care. He genuinely cares about your health and well-being. No words to describe the comfort I feel in knowing I have the BEST of the BEST in Dr. Concepcion!! He truly is an asset to Lee Health, and I hope he is recognized for the outstanding care he provides to his patients. So grateful to be one of his them!!!!

Dr. Concepcion was outstanding. He dedicated time to ask me questions to determine if the injection was not producing any side effects on me. He also advised me in relation to [ ] every day and on reducing my [ ] and increase [ ], as I am [ ]. I am very happy with Dr. Concepcion.

Everything was totally EXCELLENT! Dr. Concepcion is extremely knowledgable, efficient, personable with a very calm demeanor. I have never been rushed through an appointment at his office.

I am very impressed with Dr. Renato. He was very pleasant, patient, and thorough. He compared past labs and other doctors findings to make his own conclusion. I felt confident in his diagnosis. He is also quite funny.

I was very happy with the front desk and exit desk staff, both were friendly and courteous! The nurse/medical assistant was a pleasure to deal with. Dr Concepcion has great “bedside manner”, talkative, and is a very funny man! Thank you all for a pleasant experience!

The medical assistant who began my visit was excellent - competant and friendly. Dr. Concepcion is very good. He is competant, warm and friendly. He does not rush through the appointment and goes over everything relavant completely. My only concern is the length of time it takes me to see him again. For a [ ], 6 - 7 months between visits is TOO LONG. I saw him on [ ] and my next appointment is [ ]!

Victoria the nurse was very efficient and helpful in getting me ready to meet with Dr Concepcion. Although this was my first meeting with Dr Concepcion he listened to my history and he demonstrated true interest in helping me. We discussed my medications and together we discussed a follow-up plan. He seemed pleasant and someone I look forward to working with.
