It is scary to go to new doctors when you have had something serious like [ ] but when I moved to SW Florida my nerves were put at ease when Dr. Concepcion became my endocrinologist. He takes his time with me, he works with me and answers all of my questions until I feel confident in treatment.He takes my concerns very seriously . He is very knowledgeable even in new medical advances and has great knowledge in the area of endocrinology. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an endocrinologist. I have told many co-workers and friends about him. I cannot imagine a better endocrinologist in SW Florida!!

Going to the doctors is never fun, but out of all of my doctors, Dr. Concepcion is by far my favorite doctor. He takes the time to explain everything, suggests alternative treatments and is very easy to talk to. His staff is friendly and the ease of setting up appointments is a plus.

Dr. Concepcion has taken care of me for a number of years and has always been very professional, kind and understanding. His staff was very pleasant as well. The only problem was that it took us an hour and a half to get to our appointment, which is more time than usual, as we got stuck on the bridge for more than 30 minutes... but we made it on time!

Zoé “guided” me to their location which Google maps was wrong about. Very patient and kind. The receptionist was also very understanding, kind and professional. Both treasures! The M.A/ nurse was likewise friendly, kind and thorough. Dr. Concepción has the best staff I’ve come across. It was an exceptional experience on my first visit!
