Dr. Concepcion will be missed. He is a great doctor. The staff is so helpful and even though they are very busy the take the time to listen to everyone.

Dr Concepcion has always been outstanding every time Ive met with him. He was concerned about my bone density and how long I was on a certain prescription. He wants to make sure my calcium level is good and that I am on Vitamin D3 & K2. Another doctor prior to Dr Concepcion in Nevada told me how important it is too. Dr Concepcion pays a lot to the medications and Vitamins I am on and to keep active and in shape etc. I will surely miss him. He is a wonderful doctor and truly takes his patients seriously.

The staff is always outstanding, courteous and kind to me. Doctor concepcion is great. I'm going to miss him a lot. He helped me through my first years of diabetes. God bless him in his retirement

It was my last visit with Dr. Concepcion before he retired so it wasn't really too much medical. It was just like a little checkup. I asked the doctor what he was gonna do when he's retired he said sleep

I do not remember the name of the person who took my blood pressure, etc. but she was excellent. Also, I believe it's Laurent, at the front desk who checked in was also fantastic.

Dr. Concepcion is truly the BEST of the BEST!! I have seen him for several years and can say that I've never had a physician who truly cared about my health and well-being as much as Dr. Concepcion! He will never be replaced, and I can only hope that his send off honors him for being consistently beyond exceptional!!! Dr. Concepcion has undoubtedly been an asset to Lee Health!! I will miss him more than I could express!!

I am sad that Dr. Concepcion is retiring! While I am happy for him, it will be sad to see him go. He has helped me with my care through both of my pregnancies and always was very encouraging instead of a debby downer about my chronic condition, like some physicians tend to be. His front desk staff are also so kind and incredible every time!

Dr. Concepcion has been my endocrinologist for several years at Lee Health. He personally informed me he is retiring, and I will certainly miss his care and concern in treating my Diabetes 2.

Everyone was helpful especially when I have a boot on my foot. They took me in a wheelchair all the way to my car. I'm sad that my Doctor is retiring but he was very helpful with my care. I will be forever grateful to the Bonita office. Thank you for caring for me.
