Dr. Concepción is a wonderful doctor. He is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed or not cared for while seeing him. I have referred him and will continue to refer him to anyone. I know that needs an excellent endocrinologist.

There were 3 people I encountered, beside the Dr. I do not remember their names, but the lady asvI checked in was very pleasant and updated my insurance quickly and without incident, she also downloaded my insulin pump infor for thevDr to look at. The nurse was very curtious and attentive, she took my vitals and explained each one to me. The lady at checkout was also very friendly made my next appointment, always bearing a smile and told me to enjoy the rest of my day.

Dr. Concepcion is exceptional. All the doctors I see with Lee Health are above average and Dr. Concepcion is a standout. Dr. concepcion was amazing. I have had a couple other endocrinologist and they have not explained nearly what he did in one visit. He explained things to me about my [ ] that I had no idea about, and I was very appreciative of his time he took with me.

I’m writing this as the daughter of a patient of this LPG Endocrinology practice. I accompany my mother to her appointments due to her cognition and complicated medical history. Thank you, Julissa, for starting the appointment off on a friendly, professional, and positive note. You have a wonderful and calming demeanor. Dr. Concepcion, thank you for your expertise coupled with a genuine concern for your patients. You truly listen to your patients (and family members) and go the extra mile in completion of a thorough assessment. It is the best feeling to be able to trust in a physician, the medical plan and subsequent counseling.

This office is run with professionalism to the highest degree! Medical Assistant, Julissa is super friendly, kind and caring! As for Dr. Concepcion, he goes above and beyond to be certain that you fully understand your plan of care. He genuinely cares about your health and well-being. No words to describe the comfort I feel in knowing I have the BEST of the BEST in Dr. Concepcion!! He truly is an asset to Lee Health, and I hope he is recognized for the outstanding care he provides to his patients. So grateful to be one of his them!!!!
