The nurse(I don’t know her name)was aware that I was unable to hear well., as I lost power in one of my [ ]. She made it a point to look at me when she spoke , and raised her voice. She also stepped up when I was checking out, as she realized I couldn’t hear the person behind the desk. It’s those kind gestures that leave a lasting impression.

Dr John’s is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had bad experiences for the last year at another practice and was very nervous to meet a new endocrinologist and I LOVED Dr John’s. I received more education and reassurance about my condition in one visit with her in comparison to my last year at another practice. Lee Health is lucky to have her.

All of the staff and the doctor are professional yet very warm with patients.

Support staff is professionall,courteous and efficient. The physician is also but being busy she leaves the impression that patients are viewed as a whole rather than an individual viewed as information in a chart rather than an actual person.

Dr John’s is very welcoming. She explains disease and disease process, answering all questions and addressing any concerns. Her bright and .positive attitude leaves me feeling the same at the end of my office visit! I am so grateful to have found her for my endocrinologist!!!
