Dr. Johns is very knowledgeable and explains things well. She is also personable and caring. I feel lucky to be one of her patients. Her nurse was also excellent. The reception and exit staff were super friendly and cheerful. I just recommended this doctor to a family member who needs an endocrinologist. I was even called 10 minutes before my appointment. An outstanding appointment in all aspects.

Dr. Caroline John’s Was very pleasant, helped to explain some things to me that I didn’t understand, asked me about my previous doctors and how they handle the situation with my thyroid. I like her she’s a very caring doctor. I feel even though it was my first visit, I just got a good feeling about her and I’m thankful that I found a doctor that I can physically go to instead of having to have phone visit.

I felt that Dr. John’s really listened to me. She and her staff are trying to get the medication I need even though it is not covered by my insurance. Staff called me to keep me apprised of the situation.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. The nurse and Dr. Johns were thorough and listened very well to my comments. The exit paperwork provided when leaving had important medical content and referred to my vitals and test results. Thank you for providing all the data to review at home!

Very friendly and capable PA. Dr. Spent a lot of time explaining and recommending improvements in my care. The only thing I find very unpleasant is the fact that the doctor always wears a mask. I like to see the face of the person I am telling to. Also it reminds me of our very dreadful [ ]
