Dr. Caroline Johns is a fabulous provider. She has been my Endo for multiple years now, and I am thankful to have her as a key care provider for me. Yes, she is knowledgeable, which is what is expected from a physician. Beyond that, she is also kind and displays a heart and passion for what she does. Both hard skills AND soft skills are present. Great provider.

The Medical Assistance was very caring. Her mannerism was excellent. BP Cuff was on perfectly.The second Medical Assistant, came In and was excellent. I didn't feel my injection. Paperwork was handed to me. Everything went great.

The pre-appointment check-in questionaire was very simple to understand and fill out. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Johns assistant was very friendly and thorough prior to Dr. Johns coming into the exam room. Dr. Johns listened to my concerns, addressed all of my questions, completed a very thorough physical exam, and ordered the appropriate lab and ultrasound to update my medical records.

Dr Johns is wonderful. I have not felt good for a while. She listened I mean really listened to me. We came up with a plan for my care. I felt better knowing I have her. Thank you Dr Johns. Also her nurse is wonderful. Very caring and nice.
