Dr Johns is wonderful as usual. Takes time to discuss tests results and and other concerns I have. The MA was great. I forgot her name. I did see her badge. Name started with Y. She was helpful, cheerful and answered any concerns.

I think the MA that worked me up for Dr Johns is super sweet. I've had her twice now I think. Dr Johns herself is outstanding, compassionate, and does a very good job at keeping the patient involved in their care. I think the front desk staff should get a little bit more recognition. Some patients make even checking in a difficult task.

Dr John's reviewed lab results with me and it was discussed the DEX A Results from next May would provide more insight into my progress post excision of parathyroid tumor and calcium and Vitamin D therapy, and exercise . Agreed . The MA who roomed me was welcoming and accomodating, well spoken and displayed ease of someone who was comfortable with her job.

The Doctor's medical assistant, I asked her a question about a medication, And the Med assistance asked the Doctor, the Doctor was able to come in, with answers for me. That was very professional.. I wish all the Doctor's had good communication skills with their Medical Assistance.

Dr. Johns gave me a good amount of time during this 1st visit and I didn't feel rushed at all. I really appreciated having the opportunity to share my concerns with her. She listened and either asked follow up questions or helped me understand the physician specialty who could address my concern.
