Dr. Caroline John’s Was very pleasant, helped to explain some things to me that I didn’t understand, asked me about my previous doctors and how they handle the situation with my thyroid. I like her she’s a very caring doctor. I feel even though it was my first visit, I just got a good feeling about her and I’m thankful that I found a doctor that I can physically go to instead of having to have phone visit.

I felt that Dr. John’s really listened to me. She and her staff are trying to get the medication I need even though it is not covered by my insurance. Staff called me to keep me apprised of the situation.

APPRECIATED ALL THE TIME & EFFORT OF THE ENTIRE STAFF DURING MY VISIT. GREAT IDEA BEING ABLE TO SCHEDULE 2 APPTS AHEAD & BEING ABLE TO BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST IN THE EVENT THERE ARE CANCELATIONS SO THAT I MAY BE ABLE TO GET MY NEXT APPOINTMENT MORE ON TIME WITH DR. JOHNS SCHEDULE FOR MY CARE.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. The nurse and Dr. Johns were thorough and listened very well to my comments. The exit paperwork provided when leaving had important medical content and referred to my vitals and test results. Thank you for providing all the data to review at home!

Dr. Johns is an amazing physician. I never feel rushed, she listens to any concerns and takes the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend her.

Very friendly and capable PA. Dr. Spent a lot of time explaining and recommending improvements in my care. The only thing I find very unpleasant is the fact that the doctor always wears a mask. I like to see the face of the person I am telling to. Also it reminds me of our very dreadful [ ]

Dr. Caroline Johns was outstanding. Her professionalism, level of knowledge and patience made me feel safe and comfortable. She provided me with important information and listened to me with such respect and empathy, I could not have asked for a better doctor to care for me during this period of time in my life and my health. I will recommend Dr. Johns to everyone in my community that is searching for an outstanding endocrinologist.

Dr John’s is excellent, I am so glad to have her, she is thorough, and She never makes me feel like she’s rushed, even though I know she has a lot of patience. She’s extremely knowledgeable and explains things in terms that you can understand and she’s very direct about what you need to do to maintain or improve your health.
