I arrived just as the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building! Staff handled this event with ease and made everyone comfortable. And they offered water when we were permitted back into the building. Doctor still spent time with me, even though they were running behind already early in the am.

There was a fire alarm incident. Everyone were evacuated calmly and orderly thanks to all staff throughout the building.

Since I was diagnosed with pheochromocytoma inn 2023, Dr Carolyn Johns has been monitoring me closely with regular blood work. She is conscientious, thorough, and friendly. I am thankful to be in very good hands with Dr. Johns.

Dr. Johns and all the staff were exceptional. A stark difference from the appt I had with Stephen Yandel, D.O. Which I would never recommend to anyone. I would have mentioned this but I never received anything like this for that doctor. You probably know.

Everyone is always so friendly at this office.Selvin at the front greeting are is Very thorough and good with follow up.Yeanaus (I think that is how I spell her name) Is very nice and easy to talk with. I really enjoy everyone in this office. Dr. Johns is the best! Thanks for everything!!!

Dr. Johns took the time to listen to my concerns and create a plan that was individualized for me. She also took the time to look at all my medications and counsel me on concerns regarding my meds and future plans. Her anticipation and knowledge of my future plans shows her care and compassion for her patients.

Dr Johns is wonderful as usual. Takes time to discuss tests results and and other concerns I have. The MA was great. I forgot her name. I did see her badge. Name started with Y. She was helpful, cheerful and answered any concerns.

I think the MA that worked me up for Dr Johns is super sweet. I've had her twice now I think. Dr Johns herself is outstanding, compassionate, and does a very good job at keeping the patient involved in their care. I think the front desk staff should get a little bit more recognition. Some patients make even checking in a difficult task.

Dr John's reviewed lab results with me and it was discussed the DEX A Results from next May would provide more insight into my progress post excision of parathyroid tumor and calcium and Vitamin D therapy, and exercise . Agreed . The MA who roomed me was welcoming and accomodating, well spoken and displayed ease of someone who was comfortable with her job.

The Doctor's medical assistant, I asked her a question about a medication, And the Med assistance asked the Doctor, the Doctor was able to come in, with answers for me. That was very professional.. I wish all the Doctor's had good communication skills with their Medical Assistance.
