Dr Patel-Chavez is so kind and caring. She listened to my symptoms and didn�t blow me off like it was all in my [ ]. She understands that if [ ] comes back with results within range, it may not be for everyone and was willing to look at other [ ] I may have. I left her office not only with all the [ ], but requisitions to [ ]. I felt like I was heard and there may be a possible solution to my 4 year problem.

Dr Patel was excellent and I am happy to have been referred to her. I also want to mention another outstanding employee, Ashanti [ ]. She worked at the front desk. While we were waiting to see Dr Patel we observed her repeatedly assisting an elderly couple that needed her to make calls and schedule rides for them and she was so kind and patient with them. She went over and above to help them a number of times. What great customer service!

I feel very blessed to have Dr. Patel Chavez as my endocrinologist. She always listens and makes you feel very important. I was also impressed by the coverage of her colleagues while she was on maternity leave. I never felt as if there was no one there for me. Thank you.

Dr. Patel and the nurse that took my vitals, ect., I think his name was Ryan, were extremely kind and informative. They were both so friendly and great at explaining things. They are probably my favorite people out of everyone I've seen in Lee Health.
