Dr Chandani Patel had read my chart and was well prepared before she even walked into the exam room. She listened and asked questions as well as answered any questions that I had. She very obviously cares about her patients wellbeing.

Dr Chavez is an excellent MD Very knowledgeable & and excellent communicator as a nurse I know the difference & she is a valued asset to Lee Health & the patents that she serves in our community !Finding an excellent Endo MD is not easy as you know & she is excellent!

Dr. Patel Chavez is amazing and is always very thorough and answers every question. I never feel rushed during my visits. She is why we drive 70 miles, one way ( an hour and a half) for my appointments. Highly recommended.

The registration gal and the medical assistant deserve better than very good. They were personable, polite and very professional. They both interacted with me as a person not number. And as always Dr. Patel never rushes. She sits and explains and makes sure you are comfortable with everything that was discussed.

Dr Patel is a compassionate, caring and empathetic person. She listens to my concerns, she is determined and focused to help me, and overall treats me with kindness and understanding. She truly listens and cares. She is also very skilled and knowledgeable in endocrinology. I would/have recommended her to friends.

I have been struggling to find a doctor who would treat my [ ] in a holistic manner and not just hand me a script. Dr Patel Chavez turns out to be that person. She was very patient with me for my first visit and not only explained things very clearly but gave me notes about what we had talked about. We are currently creating a baseline for where I am (my other doctors did not do this) and then based on the labs formulate a comprehensive treatment plan. Extremely happy with Dr. Patel Chavez. Office staff was extremely friends and I was treated on time for my appointment which I appreciated.
