I feel very blessed to have Dr. Patel Chavez as my endocrinologist. She always listens and makes you feel very important. I was also impressed by the coverage of her colleagues while she was on maternity leave. I never felt as if there was no one there for me. Thank you.

Dr. Patel and the nurse that took my vitals, ect., I think his name was Ryan, were extremely kind and informative. They were both so friendly and great at explaining things. They are probably my favorite people out of everyone I've seen in Lee Health.

Kyle (MA) and Dr Patel Chavez were professional and welcoming. Dr Patel Chavez was thorough, listened to my concerns and provided a variety of treatment options dependent upon lab results.

The young lady that assist us at the front that’s when we came in was very helpful, understanding, patient and kind. She understood my situation, because my car died on the way to my appointment and I actually missed the appointment and she worked so hard to accommodate us for 3 o’clock That day. She is truly an asset to the office, and I recommend her for any awards that may be given to an employee that go above and beyond the call of duty.

Nurse or MA that did BP & etc in room before doctor comes in was excellent. Dr . Patel Chavez is very informative, caring , a good listener and very knowledgeable about my condition. I feel I’m in such good care with her.
