I was so impressed with the time I was given durning my visit with the endocrinologist to go over both a long historical overview of my health and a detailed present day one. I left feeling empowered with information and a supportive ongoing plan to regain and maintain [ ]. I got some peace of mind which is priceless!

Dr Chavez was excellent. She explained everything to me. Her assistant Amber was exceptional. Both Dr. [ ] and Amber were kind and professional. Front desk check-in person was also professional and kind.

Dr. Patel-Chavez is fantastic! She really takes her time with me explaining everything and seems to know exactly where we are at in terms of treatment even though I'm sure she's got a ton or patients. I'm very happy with her.

Fantastic! 7 years of suffering. She understood, cared and we made a plan. Was not a fan of Lee physicians but she changed my mind. I see hope. Very knowledgeable! You would think you are in a major city with her attitude and knowledge, hard to find in Fl. Would highly recommend!

I really appreciated that the team called multiple times in the 2 weeks before my visit with reminders to get my [ ] and letting me know Dr. Patel had moved to the [ ]. Because of their advanced communication and flexibility I was able to get labwork, move my appointment to a [ ], and coordinate with the sanctuary office to have my [ ]. If the office staff wasn't so diligent with these calls, I probably would have forgotten to get my labs, showed up at the wrong location, and ultimately missed my appointment. I'm grateful for their care and coordination. Kudos and thank you!

I would like to recognize the front desk employee, the nurse who took my [ ] and Dr Patel as being the most welcoming to me I have ever experienced in a doctors office. Being a new patient to the practice, it made me feel like they all really cared about me. Dr Patel is top notch! She took the time to find out about me and was incredibly caring and informative. I feel safe that I will get the best care from her!
