You could not do any better. She is compassionate, friendly and takes the time to explain everything and never seems rushed. She deals with diabetes. So, remember... Everything she tells you in your visit... She actually KNOWS from experience. With all her help, my A1C is much better controlled. I can't thank her and her staff enough.

The person I checked in with was friendly and competent. The Nurse who showed me to a room was friendly and competent. Janis was friendly, explained things so I could understand my condition. The Endocrinology Team went above and beyond to help me coordinate lab work, office visit and infusion at the [ ], all while I was out of the area. I am so appreciative of their group effort in getting my [ ] in the system and my annual endocrinology visit with Janis King, APRN all within a 10 day window. I am so relieved to have gotten my necessary treatment as needed in [ ]. Lisa at the Front Desk was amazing. She kept me posted on upcoming openings, so I could fly to FL for my care. Janis and her nurse responded promptly to my My Chart messages for assistance. Congratulations on such a great inter-disciplinary team. The outstanding service provided by Janis King and her team has left me in awe, and I am excited to see how they will continue to thrive and improve. One area I think holds great promise for enhancement is the front desk service, particularly in terms of consistency when new staff members join. By prioritizing this, Lee Heath can make a significant difference. As a patient, I value the strong relationships I have built with the prior staff, which are no longer present. It is disheartening to see them go, but I am hopeful that new relationships will blossom.

My appointment with Dr. Janis King might be the best doctor appointment I’ve ever had. She spent so much time with me, and was so willing to help in any way. I also had an excellent meeting with [ ] the following day to go over nutrition and education regarding [ ] etc.
