Henry was fantastic, he was the nurse Chris at check out was very kind and accommodating. Can't remember the ladies name at check it, but do very helpful. And Janis was very good and helpful.

Your entity should be proud to have Janis King as a provider. She is one in a million in all aspects of care, compassion and knowledge in the diabetes field. Henry was outstanding at the office doing my intake. The whole office is efficient and polite.

Janis King was awesome! She was very professional and knowledgeable with my diabetes health care. Her nurse practitioner was also very helpful and knowledgeable! I had a follow up with my concierge Doctor (Dr. Eric [ ]) Yesterday and let him know how good these people treated me. He made the comment that he will definitely send more of his patients to her practice!! WVery satisfied with my visit!!!

Henry was wonderful. Smiling and funny. My blood sugar had dropped right before arriving. He asked how I was feeling and I was ok it was low but had level out. He went and got me a juice anyways. His smile is contagious. Janis is the best. I drive from the Cape to see her

I was there for my osteoporosis shot. This year my insurance advised me they no longer covered Prolia but they do cover Jubonntii. I had corresponding with Dr King's office before the shot and they said she was aware as lots of her patients were in the same situation. When I was ready for the shot, the staff took about 20 minutes trying to make sure my shot was covered and finally came in with Prolia. I was concerned that it was not covered but they assured me they had approval from my insurance for this time and that's what took so long to get the shot ready. As of now my claim has not been processedI hope they were right as I will not pay for the shot if they tell me it was not covered. They reassured me they checked and I appreciate their diligence..they are ALWAYS helpfulit is concerning that the insurance told me one thing and them something else

Janis King was a terrific communicator. She walked in the room knowing my entire history. She asked questions of my past history with thyroid and osteopororous and was current to my ER visit Jan 7 in WI. She has a gift of communitating succinctly and with concern my particular issues. Her knowledge of Evenity and other options was much appreicated too. I am delighted Dr. [last name]'s called on my behalf to secure the Endocrinology appointment.

The entire staff is friendly and efficient. Janis King has made my move from injectable insulin to an insulin pump much easier than I expected. I'm seeing good results from the change and hope to continue on that path.
