Everyone in the office is always very helpful and very friendly. Excellent customer service. Dr Downey takes the time to go over everything you need to know to stay healthy.
Dr Downey has been my doctor since the 80s and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

The ease of scheduling appointments. The friendliness of the staff. The new exam room makeovers look and feel comfortable. Some rooms need new med beds. Dr. Quincy Scarborough is an excellent MD, and I feel comfortable in her care and the decisions she makes about my healthcare.

I love Dr. Q . Scarborough. She takes her time with her patients. She’s very personable. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and always kind.. The lab staff is always courteous. The wait isn’t very long..

Dr Braddock and his staff are awesome. They are always there for me and understanding. Can not say enough about how fantastic Dr Braddock is. He listens to me truly hears me and that compassion can’t be thought. Thank you to Kelly who always gets my needs taken care of quickly. She is a huge asset to the company. What I like about the Lane Ave office, is Everything! It's a one stop shop! You can get blood work, x-rays, bone density and be seen by a "Top Notch" physician. The staff is always welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to assist.
