The front office staff are personable and get me checked in quickly and I don't have to wait long to get in. This is nice as I have a "life" also and we travel just over 1 hour to see Dr. Braddock (which we choose to do). Dr. Braddock is the BEST and is always friendly, compassionate and gets right to asking the right questions without a lot of gobbledygook!!!!!! Sometimes there is a wait, but all in all the office is run in a professional manner and everyone is doing their job and we would not change anything. We have been coming to this office since 1999 to see Dr. [last name] when we moved to Jacksonville, Fl from NC and remained. We are in our 80's now and will be coming to see Dr. Braddock as long as we can make the trip!!!!!!!!!

The staff was friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. McHugh was absolutely wonderful, attentive, kind, and really took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly felt cared for and confident in the treatment I received. Patients are treated in a professional manner with an assurance that all their needs are satisfied. The clerical staff is courteous and helpful at all times. Dr. Downey and Mona are the consumate professionals that honestly care about their patients. I am well pleased with their service and recommend them highly.

Staffing is always kind and helpful. Location is convenient and lab is on site. Dr [last name] had been our primary care provider and we LOVED him. He is very much missed. We are now seeing Dr Torres and boy, did she have some big shoes to fill. I am very happy to say that we love Dr Torres as well. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, explains things so we understand and answers any questions we may have. She has made us feel very comfortable. Her nurse Latifah is fabulous too.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, the ladies who check you in and out. Hannah was so sweet and made me laugh, which probably helped lower my blood pressure. Dr. McHugh has been my Primary doctor for decades and has always been there for my husband and I with excellent advice and compassionate care.
