1. The check in/out staff are great. Friendly, fast, and efficient.
2. I love the flexibility of the lab. So much better than using an independent lab.
3. Dr. Torres and her staff are phenomenal. Dr. [last name] was my PCP for years and I was skeptical about having to change, but she has met my expectations and has demonstrated expertise in patient care.

Dr. McHugh is the best. He listens and he knows his patients. There is no rush even if he is running behind, he takes time to listen to all of your concerns. He has the personal touch the alot of doctors are losing or just don't have. His nurse, Hannah makes sure she can answer any questions you may need. The front office staff is friendly. Tiffany always knows me by name when I walk in the door. I love that personal touch, it makes you feel valued.

This is a first primary care I’ve been to where they have a lab & x-ray available on site very convenient, Dr. Downey was really nice his nurse spoke highly of him as well. This was first time to his office I’m very satisfied with my visit I love how close the office is to my house.
