The wait time is the biggest thing. The appointment time was 3:30. I was told to show up 15 minutes early. Got called back a 3:35 was great. I the sat in the room for 1hour and 15 minutes waiting for the dr to see me for 10 minutes. So in reality a 10 minute appointment was more like an 1 hour and 45 minute. Way to long my time is just as important as your. This is why I will not be returning. I have found another dr

What is there not to like? I have been a patient there for 32 years plus.
I like my PCP, Dr. Gregory McHugh, and would not drive over 30 minutes for a doctor appointment if I wasn't satisfied
The Center is always well staffed and they seem to care about me.
Everything is in one building so there is no need to be sent elsewhere for treatment, unless I am being sent to a specialist.
As long as Dr. McHugh is there, I will continue to travel to be seen as he is the Best doctor I have ever had.

Waited for over an hour in the examination room before being seen, but prior to that I waited at least 30mins in the lobby. Then the doctor saw me for lest than five minutes and didn???t seem to care much.
