I appreciate Dr Downey so much. He is not pushy with text nor does he push medication on you. He gives you the information you need for you to make the decision to take meds or try to work on your health through eating better and exercising. Ramona is very good at her profession also.

He takes the time to listen to you he never seems like he's in a rush and you're just a number. my.bapstitchart.com is great because you get quick answers and you can see your follow up visit note, check your blood results and make medicine request that are promtly answered.

Dr Braddock is a patient and kind doctor. He puts up with a lot with me but is still nice to me and pleasant when he sees me. I appreciate him for that. I also like his MA. Kelly [last name] is also an outstanding professional. You can get in pretty quick with a problem. Baptist primary on lane is the place to be.

We love our team. Dr Downey is an awesome physician and person. His passant Romana is great at her job. They are a great team. The staff up front are always professional and friendly. Not overly crowded when we go.
