The front office staff are personable and get me checked in quickly and I don't have to wait long to get in. This is nice as I have a "life" also and we travel just over 1 hour to see Dr. Braddock (which we choose to do). Dr. Braddock is the BEST and is always friendly, compassionate and gets right to asking the right questions without a lot of gobbledygook!!!!!! Sometimes there is a wait, but all in all the office is run in a professional manner and everyone is doing their job and we would not change anything. We have been coming to this office since 1999 to see Dr. [last name] when we moved to Jacksonville, Fl from NC and remained. We are in our 80's now and will be coming to see Dr. Braddock as long as we can make the trip!!!!!!!!!

All of the staff is very personable. They recognize the patients when they come in to sign in and are always willing to assist. And, Dr Braddock is ever present in his appointments. He listens and allows his patients to be a part of their own care. You feel like you are part of a team and not going through this health journey alone.
