I appreciate Dr. Torres. She explains and advises on whatever the reason is for my appointment. She is patient and listens to questions and concerns. She made me feel at ease, instead of nervous Also, the reception staff are friendly and helpful.

I love my new primary physician, Dr. Torres. It's been so refreshing and nice to actually have a doctor truly listen and care. I hate to say it, but that's been a while for me and I am truly grateful for her. No patient likes to feel like a number and that you can only discuss one thing at a time.

So many things. The staff was very nice. I never felt rushed. Dr. Torres and her nurse were so nice and professional. I left a Dr. I really liked and was not sure I would feel the same connection with another Dr. But I feel like I have found a Dr. and Staff that truly care about their patients.

I have been going to this office since 1992. I’ve had three different doctors and they have all been wonderful but now I have my fourth one because Dr.[last name] recently retired and Dr. Torres took over his patients and she is doing a really good job.

Very friendly, helpful, & accommodating! I was traveling & got to my lab appointment early but they were able to work me in! On day of doctors appointment, I was again traveling & reached the office during lunch time, the nurse & doctor went out of their way to see me even though I was early! The doctor listened, didn’t make me feel rushed,made suggestions about my care, shared & discussed lab results! Overall a pleasant, positive atmosphere, from the front desk, nurse, doctor, lab techs, & check out person!

The entire medical team is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in their patients' well-being. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. A special thank you to all the wonderful ladies at the front desk. Their warm greetings, friendly smiles, efficiency, and willingness to help create such a welcoming atmosphere. They make check-in easy and always go above and beyond to assist patients with courtesy and professionalism.
