Staffing is always kind and helpful. Location is convenient and lab is on site. Dr [last name] had been our primary care provider and we LOVED him. He is very much missed. We are now seeing Dr Torres and boy, did she have some big shoes to fill. I am very happy to say that we love Dr Torres as well. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, explains things so we understand and answers any questions we may have. She has made us feel very comfortable. Her nurse Latifah is fabulous too.

I have being a patient at this facility, Baptist Primary Care on Lane Avenue, for many, many years. The front desk has always been quick to respond to my arrival, kind, courteous and prompt to expedite my moving to the next waiting area. That waiting area was never a very long wait and the nurse or staff member who took me inside to a patient room was always kind and professional. Dr. Jeanette Torres, my new doctor, is a breath of fresh air. She is patient, she listens to me and is so knowledgeable. I am very thankful to have her as my new doctor. The exit staff has always been quick, thorough, kind and professional.

I have been a patient of Baptist Primary for many years, they will be there for you when you need them, I have had to call for short notice test and clearence for surgery twice this year and not just the Doctor, her entire front desk will do what it takes to get you what you need in one trip or phone call, there are no long waits for the Doctor everyone is on the same page, I can't think of any other Medical Facility that I would consider, my wife will also be changing Primarys soon after many years with her present one who is retiring, I appreciate these folks they cater to us Senior Citizens.
