Appointments are easy to make; Dr. Miel is very thorough with his examinations. Very little wait time.

I am able to have my blood drawn on site, with an appointment. Very seldom have i encountered a long wait time. Much better than processes at some independent sites.
The staff doing the data entry confirming arrivals for appointments or walk-ins are cordial and usually efficient. As are those who process the exit for a next appointment.
Facility provides for an on site Physical Therapist and an X-ray department.
Always a clean environment.

Appointments are on time. Facility is clean and cheery. The check-in and check-out staff are personable and efficient - making check-in and check-out a breeze! Labs on premises and lab personnel do an excellent job drawing blood! My PA is very attentive and always makes sure my vaccinations are up to date. Dr. Miel is very thorough and always explains the results of tests taken and discusses ways to improve my health.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I really like Dr. Miel as my primary care physician, and believe him to be the most thorough PCP that I have ever had.He is on top of everything!
Also Walter, his assistant is great too. I feel that my health is much better than it was prior
to my coming under their care.
