Dr. McHugh is the best. He listens and he knows his patients. There is no rush even if he is running behind, he takes time to listen to all of your concerns. He has the personal touch the alot of doctors are losing or just don't have. His nurse, Hannah makes sure she can answer any questions you may need. The front office staff is friendly. Tiffany always knows me by name when I walk in the door. I love that personal touch, it makes you feel valued.

I have been going there for years. I always feel like Dr. McHugh is genuinely concerned about me as a patient. The staff is friendly & efficient. I would recommend that doctor's office to anyone. They do a great job!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional. Hannah is extremely friendly and detailed about collecting my vitals. Dr. McHugh has been my PCP for 30 years. He always check in with me when he enters the room. He is very professional and extremely detailed. Dr. McHugh always go over the safely questions such as "Do I feel safe at my home" & "Do I have a living will" and so forth.

It’s a wonderful location, with staff who are genuinely friendly and even remember your name if you’re a regular. My doctor is “old school” in the best way — deeply knowledgeable in medicine and, most importantly, he truly listens to his patients. I’m grateful I made the switch from my younger PCP at Baptist Primary Care St. Johns Ave. In my 60s, I wasn’t impressed with his bedside manner, and this change has made all the difference.
