From the moment I come into the office, it's Yoana (Ana) who makes my day with her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and going above and beyond.
There's been a revolving door of Medical Assistants (MA) but there is one MA who's been there consistent, Yerdis. I am probably spelling her name incorrect.
Dr. Santiago-Naranjo is the type of MD that shows empathy, respectful, and professional. She has helped me tremendously in my physical well being.
Lastly, Joni in the scheduling has the same approach as Yoana (Ana). It is always a pleasure to speak with her, she exhibits empathy every time.

Awesome Staff we were there only a few minutes and they got us right in. I think that the most time was about five minutes waiting between the assistant and the regular doctor, but it was a very pleasant experience and I'm excited to be here. We just moved here from Salt Lake City, Utah not knowing anywhere or anybody reasoning how to get around praise the Lord for GPS but with all that said it's been an awesome experience so far thank you so much. We appreciate it. God bless.

I am a long time patient and your office is efficient and responsive - I have made calls to the office and also used the portal - either way, your team provides timely responses. When I arrive for my appointment, I am generally admitted into the service area within 5 minutes or less of the agreed to appointment time. I have been to other health care providers and have arrived timely for my scheduled appointment and then I have to wait in the waiting area, sometime 15-30 minutes or longer. Not so with your office

Exemplary responsive care following a fall near my home. Advice concerning medication prescribed by the Urgent Care doc was well-explained and appropriate to the situation. Alicia moved a mountain or two to get me a timely appointment to see Dr. Teruya. Appreciate all that the service consistently provides.

Everyone is respectful and friendly. I don't feel like cattle being run through a chute. Dr Teruya actually spends time with you and listens. I rarely am kept waiting past my appointment time sitting in the lobby.
