Everyone is focused on the clients and helpful. Dr. Mahinrad is truly interested in her patients and keeps up with the findings of any of my other Doctors and the lab work, procedures, and reports. She informs us what it all means, so we can understand and do our part to stay healthy.

from the time I walk in the door the front desk is friendly , professional puts me at ease. once I get called back the nurses are all very friendly and also make what can be stressful a pleasant experience. I can not say enough about Dr. Mahinrad! she immediately also puts me at ease very comfortable that I am more than a patient that has to be dealt with, I leave knowing that I am going to be fine!

I like the new sliding glass doors. The receptionist is always friendly. Dr. Teruya and her nurse make me feel comfortable and have a great interest in my health.
Last April when my wife passed away Dr. Teruya and her nurse supported me 100% and kept in contact with me to help me through my grief. I will always be great full to them and their staff for their support in my time of crisis. All of the care givers that work at Lakewood Babtist Primary Care sets the standard for patient care.

Handicap friends.front and back office staff ate friendly, caring and attentive to the needs of client's that arrive and depart. The doctors are the best in our state. They ate attentive to our needs. They take the time to listen to their patients. They help us to make the right choice when ot comes to our health mental, physically and financially. They treat us as if we were part of their own family. I've only had positive experiences with my doctors. Thanks for changing the doors.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Teruya is wonderful. She takes questions and answers them in a way I can understand. She makes referrals if needed. My husband and I are very happy with this office.

I called Lakewood BPC to report fever and coughing. Alicia, triage nurse asked me to take a home COVID/influenza test. Results were negative. She assured me that she would keep Dr Teruya informed and suggested that I check test again the following day. Influenza A was, indeed, positive the following day. Dr. Teruya phoned in a Tamiflu script for me, as well as a med for my nausea.
My fever of 101.7 broke over the weekend. I had wheezing and chest congestion. Office manager Leigh provided a work in appointment so that Dr. Teruya could listen to my lungs. I was given a steroid injection and prescriptions needed to treat my Reactive Airway Disease. I was also instructed to rest, self- isolate, and was given a note to cover my time away from work. I felt well cared for and my medical concerns were addressed.
Lakewood BPC has a jam up team! Thank you!
