My primary care physician is Dr. [full name], who is a Brilliant Physician. My health has improved dramatically under her care. Dr. [last name] treats each of her patients as a unique individual and actually listens to their concerns and needs. Dr. [last name] is also a decorated and highly respected veteran of the U. S. Navy. Dr. [last name] is extremely impressive in every way possible, and I cannot praise her enough. In my last visit, I met with Irina Vella APRN, who seriously impressed me with her professional skills, her medical knowledge and her delightful personality. She gave me excellent advice concerning my nutritional needs and provided additional support concerning my asthma. Irina Vella APRN is a lovely and valuable addition to Team [last name]. Joni [last name] is Dr. [last name]'s assistant, and she is a pleasure to talk to. Joni works hard to solve any communication problem and to provide great resolutions, she is an important team member. Anna is the Team's receptionist, and I love seeing her beautiful, smiling face when I walk in the door. Anna is always a pleasure to talk to. All the team members in this office are highly professional, and wonderful to interact with. I have only praise for Dr. [last name] and her hard-working team of Baptist Primary Care-Lakewood.

Of course, the first thing is knowing I’ll receive professional care. Which I do. The other thing is the “people factor”. They’re friendly and polite. I have never experienced what I would call an “attitude”. The office is clean, neat and uncluttered. I also appreciate the patient portal. Every message I’ve sent has received a prompt and concise reply.

The fact that the entire staff is dedicated and is doing the best job to take good care of thier patients. I applaud them for thier patience, professionalism and thier relentless knowledge. After speaking with the Nurse practioner, she was very precise, clear and listened to what I needed and now after about 4 days of taking my medicine she called in I am feeling back to normal. Love the Office and the Staff. ❤️
