Of course, the first thing is knowing I’ll receive professional care. Which I do. The other thing is the “people factor”. They’re friendly and polite. I have never experienced what I would call an “attitude”. The office is clean, neat and uncluttered. I also appreciate the patient portal. Every message I’ve sent has received a prompt and concise reply.

The fact that the entire staff is dedicated and is doing the best job to take good care of thier patients. I applaud them for thier patience, professionalism and thier relentless knowledge. After speaking with the Nurse practioner, she was very precise, clear and listened to what I needed and now after about 4 days of taking my medicine she called in I am feeling back to normal. Love the Office and the Staff. ❤️

They work very hard to to please you and I have learned recently they have video conferencing. I was in pain. It was able to explain what was going on and was able to go in and get a shot for the pain.
