Great friendly staff. Was able to get a emergency appt within 1 day. Texted to De in the middle of night and medical assistant responded by 6:40 am. She recommended I call for appointment. Was able to see the NP by 11 am.
Easy to connect with your Dr on the Baptist Chart website if your insurance works with this Baptist Primary physician office.

Always on time, very thorough and professional as well as personable. I never feel rushed and always feel heard. Dr. Vella is also excellent at wound care!

The staff is always friendly, welcoming and professional. One thing which is very important its how efficiently they schedule appointments. The spacing between them is never more than twenty minutes, so no one has to deal with long wait times.
Both doctors always take the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions and provide care without making me feel rushed.
