I live quite a distance from the office of Dr. Santiago but, she is a doctor who is "all in". She gives everything she has to her patients. It is worth the drive to have such a caring doctor. She is so knowledgeable & professional. The office staff are just as caring & professional. These days it is so hard to keep everyone happy, as so many are looking for someone to blame but, at this office, they all try to keep the patients satisfied and cared for. I have been a patient for 3 years and have never been disappointed by the quality of care I received. Thank you to Dr. Santiago and all of her staff. In the crazy world we live in, you all do an outstanding job!

Have been going there for a few years now and have never had an issue. Really like my primary and the office staff. Some of the staff I have known when my parents went there. That was the reason I chose it, along with it being close to home.

I am a patient of Dr. Santiago with complicated medical issues. I've been a patient of inumerable physicians, including internists, for 40 years. Nobody takes the time, interest and care as does Dr. Santiago and her treatments are excellent. She also has figured out how to relate to me extremely well and I'm, admittedly, not always the easiest patient to inspire. Thank her. Thank Lakewood Baptist.

The staff is very helpful. I was seen on time. Dr. Kristina amazing. Personable, very smart, covers everything and asks important probing questions. She has been one of my best experiences of a Primary care physician - and I am 69 years old and a retired RN, who has been often (in the past) disappointed with PCP's. I have a few complicated things going on, and feel safe in Dr. Kristina's care. The nurse or CNA (I am unclear) was great too. A very warm and positive personality. Full of smiles. A nice way to be welcomed. They are both good listeners. I am glad to have an opportunity to share my experiences in this office.

Everyone friendly and efficient. Dr.Santiago is Most Favorite Doctor of all time and I've been to Way more than ever expected. She always has the time to REALLY LISTEN. I am impressed by the entire team. I am a person that does not like to visit the doctor but Doctor Santiago changed me. She actually listens and spends quality time with her patients. Her team is the same way. I will say she saved my life and was able to convince me to get tests that found cancer. I am comfortable telling her my concerns. I was a patient of Dr. [last name] In the past and he was great as well. I have never felt like a number here. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Santiago.
