Everything. Used to go to this Primary when my parents were still alive. When I retired and needed a new Primary I decided to use this office. The staff are courteous, firendly and some of them still remember me. When I needed to get new insurance my previous provider stated that I would need to change Primaries. I got new insurance and kept my Primary. I like have my Primary connected to the Hospital of my choice with the needed resources close at hand. I am very comfortable with my current Primary and at this time have absolutely desire to change that.

This has been one of the friendliest most caring doctor's office I have ever been to, and I've been going to doctor's offices for over a half century. Not only is the staff very friendly, but Dr. Santiago is so very good at listening and taking time with her patients.The other Baptist offices should really take note of how great an experience it is visiting this office. I'm never nervous to go in which was not the case at many other Baptist Primary Care offices. Not only am I a patient, but so is my husband who also feels this same way. Whatever you guys are doing there please keep up the good work and know that, at least for someone like me who's historically (and with very good reason) been anxious at doctor's offices, you guys have finally made me less afraid to seek care as I know I'm going to be listened to and not dismissed because of how I look or my age or my concerns. The treatment we get at this location is so very rare in a doctor's office that is under pressure to treat most people like just a number but it doesn't happen here. Combined with the friendly, caring and kind staff we appreciate you all more than we can ever express!

I love going to the doctor, but Santiago listens to me talks to me where I can understand her always caring the office help is so everybody is wonderful there. I’ve told people lots of people that they should change their Dr because he’s acting Santiago .

From the moment I come into the office, it's Yoana (Ana) who makes my day with her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and going above and beyond. There's been a revolving door of Medical Assistants (MA) but there is one MA who's been there consistent, Yerdis. I am probably spelling her name incorrect. Dr. Santiago-Naranjo is the type of MD that shows empathy, respectful, and professional. She has helped me tremendously in my physical well being. Lastly, Joni in the scheduling has the same approach as Yoana (Ana). It is always a pleasure to speak with her, she exhibits empathy every time.
